Fastrac

Decided to order a couple of pizzas about an hour before super bowl. They were very polite. They said it would be about 30 minutes, but she called shortly after and said it would be done much sooner. We got there and bought some extras, however the young woman that took our order was being berated by a customer and called names. All employees handled the situation very well.

Really great pizza, it was so fresh and delicious.

Dangerously convenient

All FastTrac like this one are convenient. However, they are in wilful violation of a State Law regarding the New York State Bottle Bill of Rights when it comes to Redemption. They Charge the bottle deposit but neglect to provide a means of collecting the cans and returning the deposit. They say they are exempt because of being owned by an Out of State company. This however is false. The Law within the New York State Bottle Bill of Rights states that if you charge the deposit, you must pay it back to the customer. FastTrac neglects to do this by not at bare minimum collecting and hand counting the cans or by having an on site Redemption machine. This is something they need to resolve.

This place has always had high prices and bad service, but it was convenient. On the way from here to the there. Yesterday I pulled up and there is a new security guard in full body armor and gun on display, like this is Fallujah or something. This kind of response to events in other cities says a lot about what Fastrac thinks about our community. I'm done overpaying in their dirty, understaffed store.

Should be called slowtrac! Always only one cashier, while the rest are just talking and looking at each other. And always rude!
