Cafe Domenico

This lovely, cozy, eclectic, and classic cafe is a favorite of mine that fills my coffee cup and community mingling needs. :)

If you need a place to take a meeting or find a little nook to read — they have an atmosphere that delivers.

My go-to is a bagel (from Bagel Grove) with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. Simple and satisfying every time.

The barista and “captain of the ship,” Molly Domenico, has experience, work ethic, and care for her customers that is truly commendable.

When I converse with anyone who is new to the area or visiting I recommend visiting Cafe Domenico.

This might be my favorite coffee shop ever. It has everything I could want in a cafe: 1) high-quality, well-priced coffee (82-cent refills!), 2) artsy, unique decoration with mismatched, comfortable antique furniture (there is nothing I hate more than a sterile, soulless coffee shop), and 3) wonderful ambient jazz music that provides the perfect backdrop for both pleasant conversation and furious studying/reading/writing. Also, all the baristas are super nice and are all really good at their jobs. Can't recommend this place enough.

Always the best cup of coffee. Perfect for studying, or catching up with friends. Staff is incredible, and everything is delicious.

Yummy, yummy drinks, very hip atmosphere with jazz and blues, LP covers on the wall and lots of art. They only take cash, and there is an ATM near the register. Dog-friendly, love seeing the cute doggies customers bring in. :)

The coffee and scones were so delish! Coffee is rich flavor , nice and hot !! Will be coming back often bc the price of a cup of GOOD coffee is the same price as bad coffee at a gas station. So why settle for less when you can have the best ♥

I love this coffee shop. Books, comfy seating inside and outside, art and pictures hanging on the wall. Coffee is delicious and service is friendly. Music is always playing. A dog wandered in with his owner this morning, and no one batted an eye. "You won't find that at Starbucks," my boyfriend said. That is for sure. It doesn't feel like Starbucks. It feels like home. <3

Such a warm comfy relaxing environment. I enjoy it here so much I just wish they were open more hrs! Love that they have some vegan options as well.

Good coffee and chill out spot thats comfy and cozy and offers delicious baked goods as well. The outdoor patio is convenient for the warmer climates.

Nice place in south Utica to get some good coffee and relax. The atmosphere is pretty chill with carefully selected background music and funky artwork on the walls. Haven't been in Utica long but i can already tell this place is a gem.

Cozy and quirky neighborhood coffee house; great hangout with a friend or solo. Plenty of art and literature to enjoy.

My only regret is that I don't come here more often! Excellent local business with a lot of local products. I love the atmosphere and sitting outside when the weather is good. Now that they have Wi-Fi, I plan to get some work done there once in a while.
