Very delicious food, we had breakfast here and will definitely go back. Very busy, so dont expect to get very fast service. Very nice servants

Finally stopped in for dinner and had French Onion Soup and Haddock Francaise. The food was great, and so was the service. 🍀🇮🇪

I was traveling from out of state and found this place along the way. It was bustling but not overtly loud and seemed like a very homey place. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and though I don't have children, I was pleased to see that the bathrooms were clean and had a nice soft changing table for parents to use. I would definitely come again :)

Our family stopped here for breakfast while visiting the area. The diner was friendly and busy on a Saturday morning. We were seated right away. The service was great and the whole menu looked delicious. We chose specials from the board and were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend Top of the Morning. What a fantastic place. If you look up best breakfast within the area, this place comes up, and it is definitely not a mistake. We sat ourselves, were quickly greeted by a kind waitress, ordered, and were served our food in no less than 20 minutes, with a nearly packed house. The food itself was fantastic, the mood and atmosphere were both uplifting and happy, and I couldn't have asked for more. Stellar!

Always a great breakfast. Great location at the triangle plaza in North Utica. Sausage Cheese Omelet was delicious. Service depends on which staff member you get. Overall, it was a great breakfast

The beer battered fish fry was moist with a perfect flaky crisp! We usually come here for breakfast and love it, so we had to try the fish fry, and have no regrets!

Waitress was excellent. Coffee was always full & didn't even have to ask for creamer. She was on top of it. Food was good, nice servings with some exceptional hashbrown. A place worthy of a great breakfast.

Stopped in Utica on the way to Cape Cod and searched for a homestyle breakfast spot. So glad we found this place. My husband's corned beef omelet was delicious and generous. I'm a bit of a pancake fanatic :) theirs are divine! Coffee was delicious. Our waitress was sweet and efficient considering there were only two waitresses working. Loved this place and highly recommend if you don't need a fancy place to eat. The adorable frogs were almost kidnapped! :)

Was on a business trip to Utica this week and had breakfast at this gem. Excellent food and very friendly service. My coffee cup was always full and my server gave me a to go coffee for my trip. I love coming to Utica for business (and the Boilermaker) and will come back for another Irish omelet soon.

The food was very good, they have a very large menu, for both Breakfast And Lunch, the food is high-quality, delicious, And has that home-made feeling.

Best Chunky chicken salad, and their burgers are terrific also...

We had the beer battered haddock fish fry. Excellent! I would recommend it . The batter was very flavorful and crispy. Not watery at all ! I had the Mac n cheese as a side and my partner had sweet potato fries ...both were very good. Cole slaw was excellent too. Very reasonable price !

Very nice place to dine for breakfast or any time of the day. It's great that they have this veggie skillet. Good coffee as well!

Great little cafe with outstanding food and excellent service. Our waitress Bobbie was friendly and efficient. Our crew had the BLT, big club sandwich, an omlett, home fries and hash browns and everyone was very pleased with their meal. I'd definitely come back here again.
