Such a beautiful little salon. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I love the convenience of making appointments online as well. I have gone now for 2 special events for hair and makeup and a haircut. I will absolutely be back to see Gianna, she is so kind and a wonderful stylist and makeup artist! Can't wait to go back for color services next.

I have used their services for a year and today decided was the day to dive into real skin care. Was the best thing I’ve ever done. Autumn is incredible and really guides you to what you need. My skin feels like I’m ten years younger. I’m literally glowing.
I can’t say enough good words to explain how much better you will feel after leaving there. The staff is beyond the best. The services are professional and they use the best products on you. Utica is beyond lucky to have a place of this caliber here.

Nicole is an artist with curly hair. Each haircut is a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Terrific salon.

Nicole and Cassie are fantastic! I drive an hour and 20 mins just to get my hair done there because they are the very best. So worth the trip! I leave every time feeling like my best self. If you are looking for superior hair dressers with fabulous customer service look no further. ❤❤

Where do I even begin? I stumbled upon this place just by way of driving by it to visit my husband at work at least twice a week. I was still driving an hour to Syracuse to get my hair done and just needed something closer to home after having my kids. I figured I’d give it a shot! I walked in and immediately felt like I was at an upscale spa. The ambience is wonderful - it smells good, it’s clean, there is always good music playing, and they have what I would compare to a “Schitts Creek Apothecary” right off the waiting room. Fast forward to 8 months later and I am not kidding when I say I go there every 7-10 days. I’ve had eyelash extensions, blow outs, balayage, facials, and let me tell you… every. Single. Service. Is. AMAZING. They are talented, they are thoughtful, and just overall just wonderful people. They literally feel like family at this point and I leave there every time feeling confident and beautiful. I sincerely cannot rave about them enough. If you’re looking for an upscale salon WITHOUT the pretentious vibe, you have got to go here. ❤ oh and side note - buy the candles!!! Just take my word for it.
