First time there and we loved it !! Friendly service and very attentive!! The quesadillas were excellent. My brother had the burger and it was cooked perfectly. Nice cold beer and prices were very reasonable. We will be back and spread the word !

Wonderful staff, very attentive. I had fried Calamari and Haddock sandwich for lunch. Big portions served hot. I recommend 72 Tavern & Grill to my family and out of town friends.

Went here for my birthday dinner last Sat. with a party of about 15 people. Our young server was amazing as well as the food, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great birthday. I am truly thankful to all they did and will def be back!! Thank you 72!! 🤞🏻🖤

I have driven past the "72 Tavern & Grill" many times in my excursions through the city of Utica, but never took time to stop. This evening I was invited to meet some family members there for dinner. I accepted.

Now I can say I regret I did not discover the place sooner. The atmosphere is definitely sports orientated with large screen TVs circling the entire establishment with a huge screen behind the bar.

The staff is ample and efficient, our wait times were very short. The menu is surprisingly diverse, even featuring children's choices. Four meals were delivered to our table, all nicely prepared with fresh ingredients, and nicely presented. The 72 staff is attentive and quite friendly. And yes, the restaurant is clean!

At the end of the meal, the staff presented us with coupons good for $5 off our next tab. Thank you 72. But it's safe to say, I'll be a return customer!

Great restaurant. Nice menu. Excellent service. Amnow planning to return with a large group (25-30 people). They are most willing to accommodate our needs. Lunch specials are really reasonable. Other meal choices priced similarly to othe comparable restaurants. They did not have a problem doing separate checks, didn't charge extra like some places do now, and did not see a sharing fee. Definitely going back!

I came to watch my first hockey game in about 25 years at the arena and we decided to come early and eat here for the first tyme! Very impressed from
the minute we set foot inside!We were seated immediately and our waitress, Emina took great care of us! Excellent service! Meals were prepared perfectly and tasted excellent! I strongly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed…promise! Emina,THANK YOU…you are the best! ❤

I go here just for beer and fries. The fries are lightly battered and really good. Great beer selection too. The lights are just a little intense if you're sensitive to them :)

Nice clean dining area. Awesome setup with good sized Televisions. Food was delicious especially the Pizza. Great value!

The burgers are great here and the fries are seasoned perfectly and nice and crispy! Never had better fries! The server was very friendly too.

Erika our server was phenomenal the 1st off!!!!! And her food recommendations was spot on with the coconut chicken..I was loving the 90s alternative music vibe that they were playing too. This place was awesome for a Saturday afternoon. It was chill . I am sure in the evenings it gets turnt up. But food, drink, and vibe were all nice. Looking forward to going here again. The wings were tasty as well.

First timers for dinner, two tavern burgers and one 72 burger. The 72 burger was amazing, topped with fig, goat cheese and arugla. We are looking forward to returning!

The food here is just as beautiful as it is DELICIOUS! The restaurant is SUPER CLOSE to the Polar Express (2 min drive) so if you are going on the train ride i HIGHLY recommend this restaurant afterward. The staff was beyond friendly and so attentive. This was positively the most perfect restaurant experience we could have asked for 🥰🤩 we WILL be back even if we have to drive from cuse just to eat!!

I went to 72 this Friday before the Utica hockey game. My girlfriend and I were greated at the door by staff who were all very friendly. Our server Amy was amazing and attentive. The food was just as good. The food did take a bit to come out but for how busy it was that was expected. Highly recommend the nachos for an appeitizer. 3 different (what appeared to be managers) came up to check on us throughout our meal. They were all very friendly as well. I think one was named Nicole. We will be back!

Stopped here while visiting from out of town and it was definitely worth it! The hostess told us it was their first night open since being closed during Covid and it did not disappoint. Our server was amazing and the food was hot and delicious. Burgers were done exactly the way we wanted and my son could not stop talking about the hot pretzel sticks with whole grain mustard. Great place to visit if you are in town!

We went to enjoy the food and watch a hockey playoff game. The food was great and our team won! Go Comets!

I went there today with my wife, 2-year-old daughter and mother-in-law for the USWNT World Cup Final. Even with a packed bar, they did everything they could to accommodate and get us a table. We were able to sit and eat and watch the game. When all the servers were running around for the crowd, the hostess, Becky took our full order and drinks so that we did not have to wait an extended period of time. We were checked on frequently by our hostess, manager, and wait staff. The food was good and we were pleased with the overall experience. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back for more games.

Fun right before a great hockey game! Definitely start there before the game. Good food and good drinks and a fun atmosphere.
