Rockville Centre Farmers Market

Two words: fresh and delicious. But not cheap. That's ok. Worth every penny. My first stop was Ridgeway Pork. The owner is pleasantly enthusiastic about his goods. I picked up smoked duck breast, knockwurst, peasant sausage, garlic kielbasa and smoked pork fatback. Next stop was for fresh linguini and mushrooms ravioli. The vegetable stand was a gloriously colorful feast for the eyes. Wonderful variety. Sadly no daikon radish. Onwards to the baked goods stand for buttery croissants, chocolate croissants and a black and white cookie for my son. The seafood cart warranted a return visit for wild caught salmon and tuna (delicious seared). Final stops for Mongolian beef momo with scrumptious sauces - be sure to try the green ginger and garlic sauce. The empanada stall has almost too many options making it hard to pick just six. I settled on Buffalo chicken, Mac n cheese, and black bean. Last stop was the pickle man for sour garlic dill and pickled banana pepper rings. The vendors were all friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and customers were all happy.

Lots of vendors selling quality baked goods, coffee, teas, cheeses, honey, jams, vegan food options, natural skin care products and more. I went for the first time in September and definitely plan on going back. There is something for everyone. It's outdoors with plenty of parking in the lot as well as some street parking.

Best farmers market around! Some vendors run out early because you cant find anything like it in town. Market runs from memorial day until thanksgiving which kind of stinks. Wish they were year round! I highly recommend you check out this market if you are looking for peservative free, organic food options.

I love going to the RVC Farmers Market. Shopping with my dog, meeting my neighbors. Great goat cheese, Orwashers bread, Polka Dot Pound Cake raspberry filled couisants, fresh flowers, fresh fish and seafood and of course if I still have room in my bags some great fruits and vegetables.

Small market but good selection of fresh products. Everyone kept their social distancing in mind and were wearing masks. Will definitely return next week!

Jessy's Pastries is the place to go go get great Peruvian Empanadas. At the Farmer's market they also sell amazing bread.

Nice market place. Love different varieties of fresh vegetables and fruits. Try the coffee and cheese, soo good.

Terrific little market. I can always find something delicious, homemade and the vendors are really friendly.

Nice selection of vegetables, fruits cheeses bread etc. All local and all delicious. We buy all our vegetables here in season

I got a huge beautiful ripe beefsteak tomato for dinner..and a soft prosciutto loaf..a great fresh dinner

Love this market but get there early...they sell out and pack up before closing time.

Not as many stalls as before. Also masks are ridiculous considering we are in the fresh air. Must stop this masking!

It's a small market, but we love going, especially for Orwashers bread.
