The experience I had a basil of Niagara Falls is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a car dealership. Blake Fountain is not only a great salesman but he is an amazing human. He spent so much time making sure that I got everything I needed all my needs/wants for my vehicle were met. Steven in finance is also an amazing part of the dealerships team. Went in basically on a whim to check out the rebates on the lightnings.. left in a new truck. Blake was great for the test drive, let me take it on the thruway to get a feel for it. James negotiated with me for my trade and I feel like I got a fair offer. When I came back a week later for my bed liner, Kirsten in the collision shop took great care of me and communicated well to make it a smooth process. Overall I felt well taken care of at every point in the purchase, would recommend.
