Walmart Photo Center

I ordered holiday greeting cards for 1-Hour photo service. The photo/electronics associate, Tim, was working alone with a line of waiting customers. After paying for my order, I realized the photo cards had not been cut to size and the envelopes were not included. I returned to find Tim, and he immediately took care of both problems. His customer service was 5-star, but whoever had prepared my order to begin with, not so much.

Kinda a bummer. Went in for a passport photo. Needed to wait about 10 minutes for the right person to show up who I found out was in the middle of an emergency. I offered to go to another Walmart but she did the passport photo anyway, so thank you for that. Couldn’t use it, however. The photo was blurry and had specs of debris on the actual photo. Went to Walgreens down the street to take a new one.

I do hope, however, the emergency was resolved.
