I went to T-Mobile this morning and was helped by Christian.
He was fantastic:
Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable.
I like how he tested my SIM card before I left the store just to make sure it was working right.
Got to love that kind of attention to detail and caring about customer satisfaction

First time here and I had a great experience. Brandon was absolutely phenomenal. He was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and got us set up with ease. Great experience overall.

Came in for a Pixel 8 pro case and the staff was helpful. This location isn't known for having the Pixel 8 or pro device in stock fyi and if you want that phone I suggest the Walden location.

Customer service was outstanding, wonderful employees, considering the customers I have seen in here must all share the same brain cell. I'm surprised they managed to find their way here. The store was clean, and the employees were very nice though. In and out quick, highly recommend.

The store wasn’t too busy and I was able to get help right away. Isaiah expertly helped me with my cell phone/account problems and explained the solution. I appreciated the kindness and experience of the workers.

I had Metro PCS for years and they are the absolute worst! They don't allow you to order a phone online, they won't tell you what your eligible for . So I decided to switch carriers. I went to the niagara falls Tmobile store and I was super surprised . I walked in and instantly someone greeted me then I was introduced to Michael . Michael was beyond incredible. He got me a cell and explained what my bill would be and I was able to get my little one a smart watch for 10.00/ month . My experience from beginning to end was incredible!! Michael should get 10 STARS across the board !! You now have a lifelong customer

I walked into the t mobile store after a long day expecting a long process in getting my new phone, I was greeted by Joey with a big smile on his face eager to help me. He was patient, kind, fast and efficient. I was in and out of there in no time. Joey is personable and very knowledgeable in his expertise. I know who I’ll be asking for next time I come in the store!

I went into the T-mobile store where I bought this phone, because I knew that the staff was/is competent. Lindsey struck as being particularly competent in nature. The one time she had to ask another of the staff was a security issue. It is proper that some security issues be tightly held for obvious reasons.

Joseph was amazing and went above and beyond for me! When metro scammed me Joseph made sure I got what I needed when I made the switch to TMobile 😁 thank u Joseph you definitely are a great asset to TMobile!!

Attentive to my needs

Good store, wonderful experience after visiting it. A couple of years ago someone hacked into my account and took it over, then it took two weeks for T-Mo to recover it. Same thing happened to me again. This time, Ross, the dude that works here, was able to fix the issue in three minutes and recovered my profile. I feel lucky I was served by the true professional.

Good customer service! Walking in the store is your typical phone retail, however I was shocked to receive a good customer service for once. Thank you guys.

We have had excellent staff help at the Military Rd, Boulevard Mall, and Walden Galleria stores. They answer all questions, fix phones, and are always polite and courteous. We have never had surprise price increases or issues unlike with other providers.

The store associate was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find a customized solution to my concern with a separate phone provider. Although I did not end up switching to T-Mobile, I was very impressed by the customer service and knowledge of their products. Often when I call Verizon, I'm put on hold between teams as they figure out what I'm talking about and usually explaining a service to them. Most recently I was on the phone for three hours trying to get assistance with (Wi-Fi calling that ended without resolution.

The people at this location are super nice and helpful. Go to this T-Mobile if you need anything; the location just south of here is god awful.
