A nice, well equipped facility. It offers plenty of options ranging from strength training with free weights, machines, and a cross fit style area with heavy tires. I was glad to see they have a pool for swimming laps and hot tub to relax into post workout. They offer a three day guest pass for newcomers so you can try it out before committing.

I really enjoy this gym. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Constantly cleaning and re racking the gym. They have DJs from time to time and special promos for memberships that keep it exciting!

Tim the operations manager is always a positive breath of fresh air.

Def recommend looking no where else to work out in Niagara Falls. Crunch is a dump and doesnt care about the members, on top of that planet fitness is well…….. planet fitness…..

I’ve been coming to this gym for a super long time and never faced any problems or adversity from others at the gym. It has become my second home not only from how nice it is but from how nice the people and the staff are, expecially the sales manager who always has conversations with me and my guys and shows genuine interest in our gym experience. I love this gym and believe that if your looking for a calm gym where you won’t he judged or bother this is the gym for you it has everything you’d ever want in a gym.

I have been a member for 7+ years. I love this gym The General Manager, Manny is amazing. He is extremely helpful and friendly. He is always accessible and welcomes your concerns with an attentive attitude. The Operations Manager, Tim, is also very good. They run a tight but friendly ship. I have had 3 bouts of cancer, surgeries, treatments, etc. I have had to freeze my membership several times. Manny has always provided compassionate help in this area. Can't say enough about this gym. I have been to other LA Fitness gyms but none are as good as this one.

Clean functioning equipment and clean functioning pool, very laid back but easy environment to focus on your workout.
Tyler the General Manager is fantastic and is very friendly and will take care of you.
Also this is the best gym for the price around the whole Niagara area.

I love this facility and the staff. We started four months ago, I set goals and crushed them. I don't need to wait for machines because they have a ton of anything you need. Their cleaning and maintenance staff keeps the place cleaner than any other gym I've ever been to. The daycare option is perfect for me and the staff are all certified and great with the kids as well as a clean and safe environment for the kids. Then there's Manny... He's the General Sales Manager there. He has more energy than most people I have met and is always there greeting people and putting his personal touch on the place. He has made us comfortable and happy with our membership there and resolved anything we came to him with when we were getting used to the place. I can't say enough good about Manny and the rest of the crew. There may be cheaper alternatives out there but I would rather be well cared for, have a spotless facility, a safe kid and more space than they need for my workouts.

Great customer service! Just moved to the Buffalo area and I was trying to find a gym. I heard about La Fitness and decided to give them a call. I was greeted with the run down of everything the gym has to offer a long with the great perks you get for becoming a first time member. I worked with Many throughout my process. In the end Many made me feel as though La Fitness has your absolute best interest in mind. Would recommend this Gym to anyone in the Niagara Falls area.

Nice gym for a good rate. My only gripe is I wish the would clean the insides of the lockers. They get pretty bad in the winter.

Edit: They have since done a much better job keeping the lockers clean. Going from 4 to 5 stars.

Just got a membership for me and my wife. The place was really clean and pretty, so many great machines and amenities. Manny was our sales rep and he was a blast, not to mention gave us the best offers and rates possible. My favorite part is the unlimited guest passes. Very excited to get fit with my wife and whatever family and friends we would like to have tag along. 🏊‍♀🏋‍♀🤼‍♀🧘‍♀💪❤

Great gym, Manny the general manager gave me a tour of the facility, it's a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Has a pool and basketball court too. A great selection of cardio equipment as well as free weights and machines. The facility management is on point with cleaning. Very friendly environment, don't feel pressured, everyone kinda does their own thing.

Clean and clients keep to themselves. Don't like the people making videos though, pretty loud

I was sincerely impressed by customer service I received today when I purchased a membership to this fabulous gym for a loved one. "Manny" went above and beyond to provide me with the utmost professional customer care; as a customer, I felt appreciated, heard and honored that my loved one will now be a part of the growing and health-motivated LA Fitness Family.

I love this gym they accept my insurance and have lots of clean working equipment and I love the locker room with handicapped showers. They also have a great pool, hit tub and sauna!

This is a great location! New manager is super nice and professional! Ask for Xavier or Regan! They are both managers at that location and are great!! Super clean friendly and well maintained! They have turf for functional training!! Check it out if your in Niagara Falls NY!!

I just swapped from crunch and the transition was absolutely cake. Tyler threw me every discount he could and Dave gave me and my friend some sound advice. I can’t wait for my PT appointment and to throw down in their boxing gym 💪🏽 Absolutely recommend. Especially since they don’t dig you into multiple annual fees.

Excellent gym to work out! Very big and a lot of space and if your looking for a trainer Manny- GM. is the guy to go to, he is such a nice guy and if you need help with anything he goes above and beyond to help or at least try. I recommend him definitely if your looking for trainer to achieve your goals.

The staff and facility were amazing. Manny, whom I assume is the manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment variety was amazing and the machines were beyond clean and well maintained . I am excited to return upon my next visit to the falls.
