This place is the gem of Glen Head !! The staff are so friendly, full of knowledge and hands down just an amazing bunch !!!! I love going to this store. Seems like no matter what I need they always have it. Truly an amazing place to shop for all your household needs.

I’ve been wanting to stop in this hardware store for the longest time. My wife and I are always in the Sea Cliff area. Today we went in and we are very glad we did. We met a very kind gentleman named Jeff at the store. He was very knowledgeable and patient answering all the questions we had. We ended up purchasing many items we were 50/50 on at first but thanks for the expertise advice Jeff helped us make the right decision, rather than buying online than returning and waiting for money to go back to the account or “store credit”. I plan to come back to shop often with my wife. I would 100% recommend this hardware store.

Fantastic store! It is packed with just about everything a homeowner could want. So much nicer than a big box store and the employees can guide you with your project if you are unsure about what to do. Store is always clean, neat and organized. And just as important, their prices are reasonable

Awesome local hardware store. They have everything and are always really helpful with answering questions. Stayed open an extra 10 minutes for me when I needed some stuff to fix a leak in a heating pipe. Was there and back and had it fixed within 20 minutes of noticing the problem which saved me from having a lot of water to clean up, and the dreaded trip to Home Depot. It’s the place I go to first when I’m in need of anything for the house.

The gentlemen of Glen Head Hardware have never failed me. Their customer service cannot be beat, and they have always had exactly what I needed to complete a project successfully. They all know what tool, part or product to recommend.

Ask 4 anything u need. If they don't have it they will try and. order for u. I bought a kitchen faucet & nuts and bolts they are a smalltown hardware that gives big time assistance new owner but same quality of service for i think over 60 years because i have been going there 4 45 years i think they are all great in helping customers and their needs

Glen Head Hardware is the best hardware store on Long Island. They have mixed the best of old school and and modern needs into a well-established old business which was going downhill before they came took it over reinvigorated and established the best hardware store on Long Island

The place is an institution! I have been visiting there for the last 35 years. If you are new to the area, stop by on any Saturday you will see everybody from contractors to professors hanging out there. Friendly personnel, professional advice, small repair services, etc at prices that disregard inflation.
