Everything was explained to me in details by Glenn about CPAP machine. Quick, on point and detailed explanation of how everything works and needs to be maintained. I’m hoping this machine will improve my sleep quality and overall heath.
Glenn was patient and asked me to show how to use it after explaining it to me. He’s a great asset to this company.

Karen was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She took time to explain and answer any questions. I learned new things about the machine that I never knew. She was also very helpful while setting up the app. I left the meeting feeling very confident and reassured that I could call if I had any further questions. She is an asset to AdaptHealth.

Had a great experience at my initial session that taught me how to use the device. The trainer, Karen, was extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to review all phases of her presentation and was extremely patient and engaging with all participants.

I must say Alton my rep.was VERY professional. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns. He made it very clear and how important it is for as to why I NEEDED my equipment. He made my vist comfortable and relaxed.

The representative that came to look at my machine was excellent. He was polite, professional and took his time. There was important information about the machine that I didn't understand. He showed me the instruction on things that is important in getting the best use out of my CPAP.

GLENN was phenomenal. There aren't many people who truly take the time to explain and demonstrate this cpap machine. I am a nurse and I can honestly say that Glenn was a breath of fresh air. He answered all of our questions and was absolutely thorough. I had a hard time getting this machine for my son from waiting 6 months for the sleep study to waiting 1 month for orders and prior authorization to be completed. The experience with Glenn wiped out my prior dissatisfaction. Thank you Glenn so very much

Sharon did a great job of presenting a comprehensive overview of using the equipment effectively & caring for it correctly. She gave me an opportunity to attach the mask, put it on correctly and spend some time getting familiar with how it feels. She also answered questions about fears I've had about using the equipment. I also appreciated that there are reserved parking spaces for those of us who drive to the location. Thanks

Very personable, kind, and thorough. Made me feel very comfortable and connected. Glen was so informative and patient with me in helping me figure out my new machine. On top of that, every time I called with any sort of issue due to my pulmonologist I was offered more help and solutions here than at the doctor’s office. I absolutely recommend anyone to come here if needed. Their customer service skills are top of the line.

Our tech, was Brandon on who was very informed on the cpap machine he delivered.
A little anxiety on having to use the machine Brandon was clear on how to use it , the expectation , necessary needs for the machine to work properly I tell ya what a nice guy .

He was very thorough and went over all aspects of healthcare with this machine including maintenance and supplies. I needed an adjustment and called back. He answered all of my questions. I can't thank him enough!
