I have never left a 5 star review for a car dealership before but Chris Tempesta at Advantage Hyundai made my experience so easy, fast and pleasant I have to give everyone there 5 stars. I had lost my car in a flood a few days before. Chris found me the exact car I wanted in the color, gorgeous interior etc. Came to an agreement on a price I could afford and picked up the SUV 3 days later at my convenience. In and out in about an hour as opposed to my past experiences where I literally spent the entire day haggling at a dealership. No games, no surprises. Recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai. I am in love with my new Tuscon!

I bought my first car at Advantage Hyundai. The overall process was MUCH easier than I’d ever imagine. Charlie was incredible and helped me with every little detail. He was able to find me the exact vehicle I wanted in less than a day. I suggest everyone give Charlie a call! Preston finished the financial side with a breeze. Being a young female and looking for a car isn’t necessarily easy, I was taken advantage of and given rates and prices that were incredibly over the top before I came to Advantage Hyundai. Preston gave me his honest opinion and I left getting the best deal I could get. I had lots of questions for him and he answered all of them with complete honesty. Jon was also extremely helpful. He manages a fantastic dealership and makes sure his clients are well taken care of. If I could recommend any dealership on Long Island, this is the place!

if you are in the market for a new car, i strongly suggest you visit ADVANTAGE HYUNDAI. They got me the exact Santa Fe that i wanted at a very fair price. i was treated extremely well by the salespeople as well as the management team. A real first class dealership.

My brother was looking for a 2023 Hyundai Kona. We picked this dealership because they were the only ones who had the color he wanted. No others on Long Island had one It was gray. They also honored the price he wanted to pay, which was much less than any other dealership in any color. 45 minutes was all it took from the test ride to having the keys on our way home. Vehicle was great compared to a lot of other manufacturers hands down the best little SUV out there. The staff and sales people were wonderful dealership was nice and clean and the best part is the warranty on this vehicle 100,000 mi or 10 years on everything and 3 years or 36,000 mi of free maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations. I had a great experience at Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville! The sales team were all very kind and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to help and guide me. I had a wonderful sales team, Brianna, Barry, Rob, Ramone, Tricia, and Maria. I went from a car lease to a car purchase (there were some difficulties) and the team helped me through it all. They were great!!!! Anytime I needed any assistance after the purchase, they were right there. They are a nice group of people that care about their customer and the job they do.I highly recommend them.

Henry Jenkins was phenomenal. I went and looked at the Palisade, Telluride, Traverse, Pilot and CX9 all in one day and my experience at this Hyundai dealership was the most relaxed and straight-forward. Henry was so good at explaining all the features, did not upsell, was upfront about the price of the car and the best price they could offer. I did not have to haggle ridiculous markups like I did at other dealerships. The dealership itself was very appealing and clean. If you're interested in a Hyundai, I highly recommend coming to this dealership and asking for Henry. He knows everything about the cars features and can explain/show it well.

Advisor Tessa Tarantino and the staff at Genesis Advantage Hyundai of Plainview always take care of my Santa Fe, and treat me like family.

I called the dealership to find out what my options were and spoke with Joe. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He got me all the information I requested, and even asked his boss Steve for some guidance on things he wasn't aware of. Steve called me back later in the day and was able to explain more into my scenario and help inform me of why my trade in was valued as it was. He said I could take my time to process the information, and there was no pressure. I was shocked when it was 2 days later and I had not been bothered by the dealership I established contact with. Due to the fact that this had already been a positive experience, I decided to pay them a visit. I was introduced to Charlie who worked hard to get our deal done. I explained my budgetary restraints, and he did his best to get as close as he could. Ultimately, the only reason I accepted a deal slightly over budget was because of the integrity of the personnel I dealt with. I have dealt with many car dealerships in my life and this was the best it ever has been. When we sat with Frank in finance, we were explained all the paperwork, and delivery was only 1 hour long. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is interested. Stress and pressure free!
