Had the best shopping experience recently at Kohl's. Found the most amazing counter chairs that were exactly what I was looking for and they were on sale. Got several other items I needed. Emily at the check-out was sweet and polite and Mark, the store manager was so helpful. Between the offerings, great staff and super sales plus Kohl's Cash, I'll be going back again soon!

I came in and a sales associate helped me find everything I was looking for !!! The quality of everything was as good or better than Macy’s and everyone was friendly and the cashier told me to grab a coupon on my phone that saved me $35.00 !!! I love Kohls !!!!

Great sales. Plenty of discounts, plus they email you even more discounts. The selections are great and there are plenty to choose from.

They have some really nice Nike gear,sometimes long lines but plenty of help makes it go very fast.

Sometimes I'm working during the day and I have time to stop at Kohl's in Port Chester with my work truck very easy to park in a lot no worries about it .do my shopping and get on to work. You may see a long line and check out what you're out of there before you know what happens.

I went back to Kohls this afternoon to find out if I could get a discount on something I did buy on clearance, yet it still a ripped hole in the front of the top of the p.j.'s I bought last week. I hadn't seen it when I'd bought it, until I got it home. The man in customer service was very helpful, yet we had a hard time just finding the customer service desk,and we were in a hurry to catch a ride with Paratransit on time. I stopped and saw a young man in the shoe dept to ask for help find where to go. I said excuse me to him a few times. He never looked at me, and INSTEAD OF ASSUMING THAT HE WAS BEING RUDE TO ME, I thought..perhaps he can't hear me. Well I was correct...so I waved my hand gently to catch his attention. He looked up surprised and having a history myself of teaching young children and working with adults who were deaf, I just signed to him and asked him if he was deaf. I didn't assume that he was being rude or indifferent. He was really concentrating on what he was doing. He looked surprised and signed "yes". So I just started to use ASL to ask for help and he was very helpful and pleasant. I don't know his name but I was just very impressed with him and his reaction to me,as he then showed me where to go! It's very heartening to see that you hire without the stigma against all different types of disability or just because someone is different. We're all unique in our own way and we all have something to bring to the plate if we're dedicated to our jobs in whatever our job is. Please thank him for me. Good going, Kohls!!!🤟❣

I was returning some items thru kohls for Amazon and I have the absolute pleasure of having Dario assist me! He always helps out and is such a wonderful customer service rep!! There was a very rude lady who threatened to leave him a bad review because he wouldn’t take her phone and get her to the correct refund page on Amazon! Not only should she know how to use her phone, she should not threaten Dario with a bad review.

Best Kohl’s. Two levels. Don’t forget to go in the basement. I asked if this Kohl’s was bigger since it was twice the size and they said they didn’t know what I meant, and then they told me it used to be a Caldor’s that’s why it’s two levels. I doubled down and said well then other Kohl’s is one level, do you have more merchandise? I was stared at while the PA announced for the 8th time they would be closing soon. (Soon being 15 more minutes). But seriously best customer service and availability.

Delightful and very happy of two levels of floors. My mom was with me and very satisfied with employees as well. First time I visit and look forward to return very soon.
