Went in for repairs on my daughter’s trumpet and the two guys working were incredibly helpful. They got my daughter a loaner and answered some questions I had amount maintenance. They went out of their way to make sure they gave me good information by calling another store to verify they had the correct information. I highly recommend White House Music.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and are always willing to answer questions and explain things. They're up front about everything and always provide invoices for everything. My child decided halfway through the school year that the instrument we rented at the beginning of the year wasn't right for them. The store made it extremely easy to transfer my rental to a different instrument. I've never had a bad experience.

Amazing customer service. Bought an alto saxophone here a little over a year ago and had some issues with it. Despite some initial hiccups they went out of their way to help me and make sure everything worked out. The owner also was incredibly helpful so shout out to Chris!

My husband and I bought an electronic drum set for his 99 year old father on Black Friday. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at White Music. They very patiently allowed Dad to try out all the floor models before guiding him to the drum set that was most suited for his needs rather than the most expensive one. The staff was very knowledgeable and caring, and made sure we got the most for our money, even discounting an upgraded foot pedal for us. I would highly recommend White Music for anyone looking to purchase an instrument.

Best music store in Wisconsin and quite possibly the Mid-West. As I tell my students, White House is not the cheapest place to find music or instruments, but, in 20 plus years of dealing with White House for most, if not all, my music needs, they have not lied or misled me about anything even remotely once. The staff's knowledge is second to none. If you are looking for anything related to band, orchestra, choir, piano, recorder, guitar, and any other musical instrument, this is the first place in the area to go to for information, answers, instruments, accessories, music, and repairs. Start here. If White House cannot help, chances are you either need a very specialized store or what you are after does not exist any more. Great store. Great staff. Great service.

As a musician and school music educator, I have been a regular White House of Music customer for several decades. The staff is always very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. White House of Music sells instruments, music, and music accessories. What they don't have, they offer to order for you. They rent and repair instruments. They also have highly qualified music instructors who teach lessons. They support music in our schools, churches, and community groups. I really appreciate how White House of Music helps bring the joy of music to peoples' lives!

I was looking for a tin whistle so i could learn some Irish songs for our trip to Ireland in June. Andrew at the Brookfield store was very helpful on the phone and later when I stopped at the store. I feel I can go back there anytime to ask questions. Very friendly and helpful

I recently purchased a Cannonball tenor saxophone from White House of Music. They allowed me to test play a few different horns to help me feel out the right one for me. They were very helpful whenever I had any questions and the entire process was easy, fun, and convenient! Would absolutely recommend this store. Keaton and David were great to talk to and after taking a 5 year break from playing they knew exactly how to help get set up with the right gear again! Thanks guys!

White House of Music is one of my favorite stores. I’ve been a lifelong musician and it’s great to find everything you need in one place. They can order things quickly if you need something special. Knowledgable and friendly staff, good service and great value. They used to have yearly rummage sales and I wish they’d bring that back.

White House of Music has been very responsive, and easy to communicate and order supplies as needed, which gets delivered directly to my child’s classroom that same week! And in a timely manner. This is our first year using them, but has been an excellent experience.

We were in need of a cello re-stringing. When we walked in, we were greeted and talked about the reason for our visit. We were promptly helped and were out of there quickly. Great place to rent instruments and have instruments maintained!

There is no better music store in Wisconsin! Loyal customer for many years at Waukesha now Brookfield location. Lessons for kids annd myself, instruments, etc. went in this morning to get my guitar restrung. Fantastic service as always!

The glow in the dark guitar picks were, despite being a joke, were a huge success. Our two guitar/banjo players loved them because of their flexibility! Also, you need a better selection of Jews/Jaws Harps.
