I had to place my order at this store because the stores in Rochester didn't have what I wanted in stock. It was very easy, in and out and they even offered me help to get a large rug to my car. This is a large store and the employees are very helpful!

I went to big lots for left over containers and got them and fall decor and Christmas shopping started that was a big surprise.

Big sale I save 15.00 today they gave out on receipt 10.00 off 40.00 plus I was able to stack coupon with another 5.00 off big savings as they have great prices and selections remember you can combine purchase in all departments great staff helpful and personable! Happy shopping 🛒🛍 !

Very good customer service

Purchased furniture from here a few months ago, There were some problems with it mostly due to manufacturer issues and not the store. After a period of time it was resolved with the great staff at this store. I will always be grateful for the way that they all worked with me to resolve the issues.

Love going to this big lot because it's always clean , well maintained, and organized comparing to other stores I've been too.

Who doesn't like Big Lots? Lots of items that you can't find anywhere else. Friendly employees and the prices are great. We go here frequently just for fun. You never know what you will find.

We like this Big Lots. We don’t go here often but when we do we are happy with the service. We’ve bought quite a bit of furniture at this location and they are always very helpful when we need help. We’ve never had any issues here. Always happy with our purchases.

I really like big lots because the products they carry can be a great value. Some of the products are junk, but most are name brands at way less than most stores. I heard they purchase overstock lots of products, like Panteen Shampoo and Heinz Ketchup, then sell it for almost half price. I always find some good deals.

My wife and I just purchased a sectional and had a great experience with Josh. He (and everyone else) was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Josh even helped by calling other Big Lots to see if they had other options (ottoman, etc). Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

It surprised me, as I've not been in a few years. But was greatly delighted by their selections! AND it's a nice clean and orderly store.

A great place if you are looking for furniture. Most furniture stores are overpriced and under-achieve, this big lots does neither. A very impressive bedroom selection and a good selection of living room furniture. Check this place out before you decide to try the furniture stores.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a couch and ottoman from big lots. We were told by the store associate who checked us out that our delivery fee was included in the purchase. We later found out that the fee was not included and were concerned that the associate over charged us. We also didn’t understand why our order hadn’t arrived at the store yet because it had been over a month and we were told they get weekly shipments when we purchased the couch. Despite these issues and the poor customer service from the associate that rung us out, I’m giving these 5 stars to the furniture department manager, Josh, because he went above and beyond to clarify these concerns and to fix the order mistakes such as the improper name on the order, the lack of address that we did in fact provide at time of check out and confirmed we did not over pay. Thank you so much to Josh for helping us ensure we have a couch when we move into our new home!
