Friendly employees, clean store. I use the pharmacy and get my vaccinations here.

We have been so pleased with all our experiences at Walgreens, in Webster and now in Ontario! Shawn was great administering our first covid vaccine!

Store is always stocked..neat and plainly marked...great dollar aisle...buy same things as the dollar store... save 25 cents an item

I've been working here for about 2ish years now and I gotta say for my first ever job it's a good beginner job for anyone.

All I have to say is if you're a student from high school reading this and if you want to come here for money, please be respectful to your coworkers and customers. I have seen so many kids come here being rude and thinking that this is a laid back job and you can kick up your feet and relax is just wrong and annoying.

Some days you have a lot of people so you have to work work but some days it's calm with only a few customers every hour but still you could do
- reships
- straighten
- clean
- restock
- etc

Other than that the only real annoying thing about this job is the start called E-learnings. They are mini quizzes or tests you do on the computer all day but after you're done with them you can finally start working at Walgreens.

Great store for meds, misc nick knacks, drinks, ice etc. Always clean.

Personable staff and good service. Very helpful and help you find whatever you need and more

If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would.

Since changing from Rite Aid to Walgreens my wife has had on 3 separate issues. First was an unfulfilled prescription and then having the same prescription filled 3 times. After the initial prescription filled and picked up Walgreens personnel tried to deliver the prescription 2 more times.

I on the other hand have called in prescriptions for refills and on 2 separate occasions when I went to pick up prescriptions they were not filled due to issues with my insurance. Now I would have expected a call from Walgreens informing me that there was an issue.... but hey who needs insulin.

Also the google ratings that are posted prior to my review are for Rite Aid prior to Walgreens taking over. I believe my review to be the first one for Walgreens.

I have never been so disrespected by an employee in any business like I just was by Ontario’s pharmacy. Put on hold for 11 minutes. Called back and she hung up on me. Third time nothing but disrespect about pickup date Bc of their delays. Month after month it’s an issue with them. Even my doctor knows they have been an issue.

Can't keep prescription counter open for an extra couple minutes while I try to pick up script of warfarin ( blood thinner ). The drug was on auto refill but I was never notified by phone or email. Place is a joke and hopefully it will go under soon

Paid 80.00 more for a out of pocket prescription compared to wegmens they were unfriendly and unwilling to help never go there again
