Edmund Lyon Park

The splash park is really nice and seems to be well taken care of as there isn't any broken parts. The wasn't a huge amount of people so that was nice to see watching the little ones run around.

My kid loves the splash pad here. It’s a great things to do in a hot summer day. It’s kind of slippery, so it’s better to wear water shoes. It’s right across from the pool.

This park never gets old. The kids absolutely adore coming! Cooling off at the spray park on hot days, dancing through the grass. Great playground for all ages, and honestly, the foliage is just gorgeous. Great shade, gazebo + events area available for rent I believe, benches, "wishing" fountain, fun little Book trade box (bring a book, leave a book. I forget the actual name of these things lol). We love Edmund Lyon Park!! Sometimes there are some older kids who need soap in the mouth, but they generally become more respectable with gentle reminders that there are children present as it is a child's park. If that doesn't work, we just walk to the other side of the park. If I'm feeling particularly snarky, sometimes I will ask if any of their moms are on ER communicates (I would never really post them, though. There's enough of that already). In all, its always a good time at Edmund Lyon! Love the variety

One of the clean nice and quit park that I ever seen

It's a quiet and nice park for walking, but also has a children's playground near the front that is a good size. Open to the public, I go here about once a week to read or take a nice walk.

Went there for a tree dedication for the deceased members of my high school class of 1972. The park has a nice fountain and several veterans memorials.

Great little park! We loved the splash pad and the peaceful garden surrounded by a lovely garden. You can't see the splash pad from the parking lot that Google maps takes you to. It's in the oppposite corner by the school.

Very clean thanks to our professional Village DPW staff. Great place to go and to relax and to clear your head. You will enjoy the park. Also great place to bring you dog.

This park not only has a baseball field, lots of shaded grass and a playground with swings, it also has a splash pad that is pirate themed. There is a shaded picnic area with charcoal grills and plenty of seating. It is my boys favorite place to pass a nice day. It also has a shelter you can rent for private events as well as the option of renting the splash pads area.

My great-granddaughter and my grandson and his fiance were all at the park today. It was a fantastic experience. My great-granddaughter had a grand time playing in the water park. She crawled around and round and round all the sprinklers. We had lunch and we played on the playground. This is a fantastic place for young children old children and even old people who think like children. There is a gazebo and walking paths around some of the most beautiful gardens.

SO MUCH FUN! The splash pad is a super fun pirate theme with plenty of picnic tables, benches all around the outside, a shelter nearby, and garbage cans. No bathrooms nearby which is a bit of a hassle, but nothing we couldn’t overcome with some creativity. Playground could use some work, rest of the park is nice as well.

The park is clean and we'll kept. The equipment for the kids are safe. I love the outdoor pool and the spray park. There are benches to sit on and grills . There is also a baseball field. I love this park :)

Beautiful place with historical info..... seems to have a problem with kids..... officials from the village need to look into controlling the image of a park that locals may be wary of visiting...a common area paid for by those very people....

One of my favorite parks in east rochester to take a walk in. They have a playground, basketball court, and a spray park for the kids. I love the memorials throughout the park and the fountain in the center.

Great, quiet park with a playground and free splash park for kids over the summer. There is also a public pool (not open this summer), with a pretty low fee for using.
