Very impressed. Not a owner operator independent hardware ( backed by Pro) but old school kinda place. Cashier right up front and have a little bit of a lot of stuff. Lots of heating/cooling ducts and plumbing. Surprised how much stuff they fit in that store.

I have recently bought a house and have had had to do alot of home projects. WIth how expensive things have been I decided to try and fix the ignitor for my furnace myself. The people here were very nice and knowledgeable. After speaking with them about what my issue they gave me some advise about checkign to see if there was an error blinking like in my furnace. Ultimately that $40+ part was all I needed to fix it and now I have heat again!

Always good people to work with, lots of knowledge to share with the homeowner on a project. Obviously smaller inventory than a big box store so you may not have six different colors of the same thing. But they will have the items that you need and often things not carried in big box stores. All reasons they are still going strong after 60 plus years.

Best hardware store in the area, with far more plumbing parts and fittings than anyone in the area. They also are great at finding or fabricating parts on the spot to fix something. Also one of the largest selections of hardware bits and parts around.Makes the big box stores look pathetic by comparison.

They wouldn’t give up looking for a rare Sterling valve handle replacement for my tub in their stock. The part fit perfectly and the service was old school good.

Perhaps the last of decent hardware and supply stores in Rochester. Staff extremely knowledgeable to help with questions or advice.

Excellent place! they have never disappointed, they've had the HVAC parts I've needed that otherwise would be hard to find for the general public to purchase in store at other places. Perfect for those quick home fix projects that you need something quick or the odd parts that aren't always common at big box stores.

It's the first place to go, especially if you need hard to find plumbing parts!

Always had a great experience with customer service here. Recently, Zack was helpful finding parts for my outdated furnace. Nice spending under $10 on parts than 10k on a new furnace.

Friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating staff. Went there for a specific drain piece I couldn't find anywhere else. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended

Unlike the Box Stores, Debbie Supply has always had what I needed when I needed it. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

After multiple trips to other hardware shops in the area, with no luck finding the correct part or being sold the wrong part.... Went to Debbie supply and was easily assisted in finding all the correct parts I needed for various home repair. Staff is very helpful and eligible in regards to exactly what is needed

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice girl at the checkout. There's also a dog there who occasionally may accompany you in your quest for plumbing components, only to abandon you midway to go back to the register and lay down or eat food. Definitely worth the trip to East Rochester!

I love Debbie Supply. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It's such a good family vibe in there and I'll tell you what some things might be more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe's but it's worth it to me to spend a little extra money just for the atmosphere and the fact that they have almost everything you could ever hope to need or want

I went to Debbie Supply looking for a washer for faucet. Home Depot suggested I go there when they couldn't help me. Debbie Supply went out of their way to help me. They didn't have the part but the gentleman assisting me took the washer in the backroom and grinded the piece so I could use it. Although Debbie supply is geographically a little further for me to go to I will be going back there because of the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! Thank you Debbie supply!

This is a throwback Hardware Store with the owner, Mark, who goes out of his way to help you figure out what you need to complete your projects. And guys like Jamie, who are extremely thoughtful and kind and patient. I had to drive from Chili to get a capacitor for my A/C compressor and they were the only ones in town that had the part. It was a little smaller than the original one on the unit but they spent 20 mins helping me figure out how to best mount it on the unit. These guys are great, I highly recommend!

Best hardware store around. The people there know what they're talking about. If I go for plumbing parts, they don't sell me a gasket hoping it might fit, they know exactly what I need, and what I need to do to install it. I love closer to the big box stores, and I'll shop there for basic stuff, but when I need something obscure, or need advice I'll go to Debbie's. While I'm there I'll get what other things I need, I don't care if their prices don't match the big box, they've earned it. Worth the trip.

These folks are nothing short of awesome! I come in with a seemingly impossible situation, (a weird wash table faucet connector that broke off and no real replacement piece available), they create a brand new fitting, solve the problem, and send me on my way with more than what I expected. Don't bother going to the big box stores. This place goes above and beyond with customer service and care. Thank you, Debbie Supply guys (and gal)!

So, I need some plumbing parts that Lowes could not figure out. I went to Debbie's , talked to guy named Ron and within a few minutes Ron figured out how to solve my problem, got the parts AND helped me put it together. This is the best customer experience I have had in a long long time. Very happy camper here !!!
