Ben, the Manager was super friendly, creating a very pleasant atmosphere for his hard working team and customers alike. The staff really appeared to be passionate about what they do and very interactive with the customers. Trisha was #1 and took great care of me.

i had the best experience here!! after a bad experience at a different salon, i was really appreciative to have a good experience here! i want to thank the woman who did my nails, Lee! i’m not sure if that’s how you spell it but she was truly amazing!! she did such a good job and let me talk to her a lot!! she even gave me a hug after and returned my tip back to me like i literally love her and i want to come back and have her again!!

Been going to pro nails and spa for about 11 months now and I absolutely love them! It’s hard to find a good nail salon. I appreciate their friendliness, the great atmosphere. They are very quick but still don’t skip over the quality! I even bring my daughter and sister too now! they are always coming through with their work! Love this place!

I have been going here for about 3 half years now, I go with my mom once a month. The service there is great, Ben and Jenny do our nails and they are always wonderful! Both of them are always making conversations with us. Jenny always makes my inspo pictures for my nails so beautifully! She does wonderful work and really takes her time!

I would most definitely recommend family and friends to come here!

I've been going to Pro Nails every 3-4 weeks for over a year now. I love them! Anthony is my nail tech and he's so great and funny but every one is so nice, fun, and great at what they do.

Before I came to Pro Nails, I would leave all other places with bloody cuticles and not once have I had a bad experience here.

My advice: try them out and get to know the techs and people, you'll love it. I drive to Muskego from Milwaukee for my nails! 5 stars 😊

Everytime I’ve gone ive had a above and beyond experience! They care for your nails and make sure to accommodate to what you want and need!

It was wonderful. My daughter got her toes and fingernails done. They turned out beautiful. I had my toenails done it was soo relaxing I almost fell asleep. Jennifer was my young lady who did mine. She was soo very nice and we did a lot of laughing. I would definitely recommend.

Can't say enough great things about this place!! I moved to the area about a year ago. I visited 5 others before and was disappointed each time before I found this gem and I'll never go anywhere else again! My nails are perfect each time I leave the salon, Hannah is amazing at what she does. I get the dip powder and my nails ALWAYS last 3-4 weeks without any cracking, lifting, etc. Also, every employee there is always so nice and enjoyable to be around, I'm always in a great mood after leaving. I'm so happy I found Pro Nail & Spa :)

The staff was super. We were able to get appointment for four of us and we were treated with kindness and respect. Fun experience. Everyone loved their nails. We will return!

I started coming to this nail salon back when Kim still owned it which was years ago. Since then it has changed owners a few times.. so most of the negative reviews are a reflection of the previous owner not the current one . I always book with Chi she does an amazing job on my nails .. and I’m very picky when it comes to getting them done! I’ve referred many people to Chi and they all love her! Like all nail places you have to try different nail techs out to see who you like the best! I do recommend making an appointment as they are usually busy. They are also very friendly here! I’ve been to lux in Muskego a few times and the vibes in there are not as friendly and personable.

My mom and I have been going here for years together! The nails always look amazing, and when we aren’t satisfied they take the time to fix the issues we have. Everyone is friendly, kind, and caring in the establishment! I definitely recommend stopping by, even for a quick manicure. I love this salon. They are always very easy to get in, very welcoming, friendly. And if you are doing dip powder, I highly recommend them. They really know what they are doing. I had dip powder done at another salon and they chipped off within a week or two. My husband and I come here for pedicures too. Great staff. Love them all.

I went here last week for the first time for a pedicure. This is the 2nd time I've ever had a pedicure and this place was highly recommended by my SIL. The staff is great. They have you check water temp (It was too hot at first) and adjusted to my liking also helped me figure out how to get in the chair (tells you how long it's been since my last pedi) and work the massage button controls. The massage buttons and the foot soaker are wrapped in plastic and when your pedicure is done, they put a new plastic liner in the bowl after removing the water so you don't have to worry about who's feet were in there last. The place looks small on the outside, but once you walk in, you can see they have enough space for a pedicure party. I came with a group of 5 and they sat us across from each other so I was sitting next to my daughter, but the other 3 were across from us so we could talk to each other while getting serviced. However, we also talked with the staff and they are very nice and friendly. I got the deluxe pedicure because I need callous removal and the next level has hot stones and wasn't sure about those, but I'm told those are nice. My daughter got the basic and she was smiling the whole time! I also very much enjoyed my pedicure. My favorite part was when my legs were wrapped in hot towels after having a sugar treatment done to them. When she was done, my legs were so soft and my feet were like human again! It's been a week later and my nails on my feet still look great and we got regular nail polish! I will definitely go there again.

I went in the for the first time on Saturday after my friend recommended them. They looked busy so I was worried I would have to wait since I didn't have an appointment but I picked my color and waited about a minute and they seated me for my pedicure. The young man who did my pedicure was very good and asked me along the way what I wanted. I am very happy and will be going back!

Would give 6 stars if possible! Amazingly friendly and talented staff. Ben did my nails and he is an absolute artist! Highly recommend

My daughter and I have been coming to this Pro Nails for years! Although we miss the previous owner, the new owner, Trinh is FABULOUS! Her and her staff do a fantastic job and when we make an appointment we get in on time, all the time! Our nails and pedis last over 3 weeks so we definitely get our money’s worth. Thank you for your friendly service from all your staff and competitive prices. Can’t beat this place!
