The Staff was fantastic! From start to finish they helpd me find the right hiking shoes to fitting me with a storm pro jacket to be delivered to my house. Definitely AAAA+++. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be back many times......

After years of being a LL Bean catalog shopper it is nice to walking in the store and see and try on stuff. Their products last a really long time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the store was a little bigger to have more of the catalog items.

Loved this store! Very helpful workers and cute outdoor/athletic clothes. My friend and I both got cute raincoats here ate love them!

Great staff - everyone was very helpful and friendly when I went in to exchange a gift. Zero wait time, quick rundown of the pertinent exchange details, and plenty of time to look around the store for future ideas.

Quality products overall. Today I had an associate talk me out of a product he said was not well designed. (I agreed with his assessment). But I found his honesty and integrity as a sales associate to be worth 10x that in earning customer loyalty.

L.L. Bean was superior to any store that I've been in lately. From the young gentleman on the phone (Charlie), who made me feel that he really cared if I went to your store. He volunteered information on parking to make it easy. He gave very complete information on the item that I was seeking. In the store I received very courteous, friendly, helpful service, with special care at the register from a young man. The man who helped me with selecting the correct moccasins for my husband was patient and truly assisted me with a decision that was correct.
I loved the entire atmosphere of this store and will return to look for jeans for myself.

We love ll bean! Everything is high quality and lasts forever. Wisconsin winters are far more bearable with gear from ll bean. The only children's pants to outlast a season and even several children. This store is small - not a selection of everything and no kids clothes - but always a fun stop, and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Very clean store with so many options to choose from. Staff was extremely friendly especially since I had to make an exchange. They even kept the original 20% I had used for my order online and gave it to me towards my exchange which was nice. A bit hard to get to since it's apart of an outdoor shopping center with underground and overground parking though.

Stopped in looking for some shoes, and actually found a great pair in the right size on the discount rake. That never happens. Very happy. It is just great fun to browse all the displays.

I love this place and wish I could afford more all at once. Quality products. Years ago, I purchased backpacks from them, for my kids. After many years of use, they could still be donated and will see many more years of use.

After years of only having a catalog experience, we have a store that we can walk into. Just as I have been accustomed to, the clothing is above average. The store is well layed out and allows on to move with ease. Overall I will still buy from the catalog, but having the store nearby is great!

Excellent customer service. Just thought they'd have more after Christmas sales being that their merchandise is pricier than alot of other retailers

Friendly staff , not pushy. Well organized, beautiful dressing rooms, clothing racks well organized. It was my first-time there, I will be back.
