Great service and auto collision departments. My service rep Nate is always a pleasure to deal with and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Always take great care of me and my truck. That’s saying a lot as I’m very particular about my vehicles.

Purchasing my new 2024 Chevy Trailblazer at Boucher was such a great experience! The staff was amazing to work with, especially Dave, and made the whole process smooth. Today was my first time at Boucher Chevrolet. I came into the service drive for an appointment to do a diagnostics test. Colin was very nice, professional and delivered excellent customer service. The shuttle drivers also did an excellent job. They were able to drop me off at work in the morning and pick me up from my job after my vehicle was finished. I believe one was named Russel. The gentlemen in the morning went as far as to open my door for me, which I had never seen a shuttle driver do before. It was an extra step to receiving exceptional customer service. Thank you to everyone who made my first experience a great one. I will most likely start getting my oil changes here due to how kind, memorable, and exceptional every team member was today. I recently had my car in to Boucher Chevrolet for repairs after a car Accident the beginning of the year. My service writer, James was extremely helpful, courteous, and kept me informed almost daily on the progress of my vehicle.
