Hilton Garden Inn Ogden

The service I received was amazing. Wish I could have stayed longer. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. A few days prior, I had surgery, so she was very accommodating to me.

Clean rooms. Great location. The employees at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. The app needs work. The room key did not work using the app and the check in through the app could have been easier but the staff was very helpful to help us work around and through the issues.

Our room was surprisingly huge! The view of Ogden was beautiful from the gigantic window. The pool was nice. And the Garden Grille restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic! Definitely recommend staying here!

Had to detour here because severe winter storm. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. Added a night last minute and then had to leave early and got a full refund because of our checkout time and trying to hit the good weather for deiving. I'd certainly go back for a trip or to stay over if needed on a road trip. The staff did a great job, particularly Fatima at the front desk.

Charles the manager is amazing, he took great care me and the room was super clean. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel👌

Cozy hotel with everything needed. Great price, central to all tourist attractions. Pool and spa area is not the cleanest. Buffet kind of expensive for what it is. They do not offer room service for breakfast.

This is a late review post and is specifically for Josh, the executive chef of Hilton Garden in Ogden Utah. I've stayed at this location a handful of times over the past several years and one thing that absolutely stood out to me was their dinner menu. They have a good selection, but the flavors, and combination of flavors are awesome! I've had their salmon spinach salad, their dynamite salmon dish, and a few other items, and they are all really, really, good. I say they are excellent but I know everyone has a different pallet when it comes to preferred taste. Aside from excellent flavors, the presentation of each dish is very well done as well. It's basically as close to fine dining as you could possibly get at any Hilton Garden. At least the ones I've stayed at. The other thing I want to rave about is Josh. Josh is not only very professional, he is extremely humble and always a pleasure to have a conversation with. After my first conversation with Josh, I knew immediately that this man has a real passion for what he does, and he truly wants to make sure each customer and client of Hilton is more than pleased with their food, as well as their service. This gentleman more than deserves a raise in pay! Regardless of what he makes now. If you are in the area and need a clean place to stay, that provides excellent service from the front desk to the kitchen, Hilton Garden in Ogden Utah is a must. I will continue to stay here anytime I am in the area. Thank you so much Josh (and the rest of the Hilton team) for such wonderful food and service. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Had booked a room at an adjacent hotel, they missed my reservation by one night and didn't have space available so I stayed here for one night. Wish I would have just stayed all three. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, there was no extra hassle - just what I need from a hotel!

This is the best hotel customer service that I’ve received in a while! My coworker and I booked the double queen room with drinks & snacks provided. Not only did they fill up multiple options of drinks and snacks daily, but they also cleaned our room and provided fresh towels daily without requesting. The front desk staff would also text to check in to see how our stay was and asked to reach out if we needed anything at all. Not only was the customer service top notch, but the hotel was immaculate, extremely comfortable and walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, etc. 10/10 recommend!

Several years ago I had a bad encounter with this place but because of Lexi she made are stay so welcome and home like that because of her I would come back I think this lady deserves a big raise the highest raise you can give her she has great hospitality great demeanor and is the sweetest person I came across

Was having a bad day until meeting the front desk Agent (Brayden) very kind and very understanding of my situation after visiting my sick family member. If visiting Ogden and needing a hotel check out this hotel and don't forget to meet Brayden.

Great room and staff. The most pleasant surprise was the restaurant. Not typical hotel food. Great menu, we’ll prepared, good portions. We will definitely go again even if we’re not staying at the hotel!

Great location! Clean too. Great Staff & they were very nice & professional . Lots of Restaurants that are within walking distance. Just park your car and you are good for the night . Movie theater is across the hotel . Area seems safe , but always use your own good judgement as well . I thought the beds were comfortable , but you will have to use your own judgement on that . I always get the King Suite ( 1 bedroom) because they have big windows in the living room area and it’s very spacious.

The hotel was pretty standard for a Hilton Garden: good rooms, nice clean place. The staff was incredible!!! Honestly the kindest, friendliest group I have ever met and made the night we stayed here and breakfast the next day far above average.

Excellent room and service from the Ladies at the front desk on 02/26/2022 . The only noise I heard was when people were getting up in the morning and leaving. Room was very clean, bed was soft and sheets were super clean. Had more than enough towels for two people which is a plus. It was my birthday overnight stay and the only thing that would have made it better would have been if the hot tub was open. Was really looking forward to a good soak. I would definitely stay here again.

I was there on a business trip for 4 days, on the first day Peyton really stuck out to me, her warm and welcoming personality was truly amazing!! Then I ended up having a medical emergency while there, and though I don’t remember much of what was going on, I’ve been told that Peyton never left my side, and was even giving me pieces of ice!! She called 911 and stayed with me until the paramedics arrived, after I was taken she stayed with my friend and comforted her as well……. This speaks volumes to the kind and caring person that Peyton is, she did not have to do any of these things for me, but she did and I will never forget her generosity!! This hotel is very lucky to have someone like her!!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ogden, and it was an absolutely perfect choice! When you book the ballroom and plan your reception here, you also get the help of their wedding planner, Desiree, who is the most amazing, detail-oriented planner we could have asked for! I cannot rave enough about how helpful she was throughout the entire planning process and for executing everything on the day of our wedding. The food on their event menu from Chef Overturf is simply some of the best food you could ever have (and I mean that in general, not just related to weddings!). Everything was absolutely delicious at our reception! The staff here was so great with helping us and our wedding guests have an amazing weekend and a perfect wedding reception!

The staff was very helpful. I had a little heating problem in my room and they came up promptly and fixed it. The rooms were clean. It was as expected for a Hilton garden inn. I thought the breakfast could have had more offerings.

Just had dinner in the restaurant and it was great. We were so well attended to and the food was perfect. The berry desert was divine! Everything was spotless and the staff was super nice and helpful. I especially loved the jazz music playing in the background and the whimsical “crooked” drinking glasses. Thanks for a nice meal.

The front desk receptionist, Sophie, was very friendly, helpful and personable. She made our stay very comfortable. Our only issue was parking. We have a dually truck and we were pulling a trailer with our atvs on it. Sophie let us park right out front so we wouldn’t worry about it. Lots of eateries within walking distance and places to shop. Great, clean area. We would gladly stay here again 😊
