Kaffe Mercantile

Went for a hike today in the mountains and wanted to cap the morning off with a celebratory drink. Found this gem of a coffee shop. Delicious drinks! My wife had an extra hot matcha and I had a pumpkin cream cold brew. Both were fantastic! The bacon quiche with avocado was ridiculous. Almost went up and bought the remaining portions to take home! Tons of seating, plenty of outdoor shaded seating too!

Literally down the street from my house. A nice little walk with the dog (who is always welcome) as great place to meet a friend for real coffee and the city's best avacado toast. It's like ypu have stepped into a coffee shop in the movies! Makes you feel good to buy local.

Very friendly and welcoming service. The food was delicious and fresh. For drinks we had 'Dirty Chai latte', so good! We ordered inside (everyone was wearing masks) and ate outside. Also bought coffee beans from Peru. They offered to grind them, however I love to do it at home with my own grinder.

This is a wonderful place. The staff are wonderfully friendly even on a holiday they're working. The lattes are fabulous and they have whole beans and ground for sale in both varietals and unusual flavors like Horchata. They make a terrific breakfast sandwich that includes spinach and tomatoes, and I'm sure their other offerings are just as good. Inside, there is lots of light, great music that isn't too loud, and beautiful and thoughtful art on the wall. Outside has lovely spots outside to enjoy the day, and if that would distract you, they also have library-style carrels that have their own power.

Awesome little place to your coffee. I like the multitude of options they have for coffee. Goes to show they serve a wide vareity of people.

This place is an absolute gem of a cafe. The drinks taste excellent, everyone is very friendly, and the entire space is cozy, including the covered outdoor area.

Love this place!! It always feels cozy and is a great atmosphere. It makes it especially awesome that Shaylee always remembers my drink exactly like I love it. Everyone is always friendly and they make a great cup of coffee. I can even get it in a mug to stay. Thanks for always being fabulous!!!

My friend and I stopped by here for a small breakfast & coffee before skiing at Nordic Valley. The service was absolutely wonderful! Their orange juice and drip coffee was tasty. We also loved their veggie breakfast sandwich and sausage quiche.

We discovered this cozy and charming coffee house in November last year. We enjoyed our wonderful and freshly brewed coffee and the homemade quiche. There is outdoor seating available in the front and backyard. We will certainly return.

I always feel comfortable here. The baristas treat you like a human and will give suggestions and ask how your day is going. The food and coffee is always so delicious and made to order.

DELICIOUS BLENDED COFFEE. That should be all I need to say for you to try it...but I'll say more just in case that didn't convince you. My sister and I were wanting a coffee treat before heading home from Pineview Lake. This cute little shop was on the way so we decided to give it a try. The experience was quite surprising: They have merch like T-shirts, hoodies, etc. with their cute logo on it that I felt was reasonably priced; their waffles are vegan (I've learned to just assume there won't be food options for me at little whole in the walls like this, but happy days, they had some and the waffles are delicious); AND they offer the option to make any type of blended coffee you want. I love blended coffee but never get it because it's usually made with a pre-mix that includes dairy or is heavily sweetened and I don't like either for my coffee. So when I found out I could get an almond milk-based, unsweetened blended coffee I about fell over. And MAN was it delicious! 10/10, five stars, etc.

Also, the service was great and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My only gripe is that I wish there was a replica of this shop in Salt Lake City where I live so I could get blended coffee more frequently! But this was love at first taste and we'll be back to Pineview often so this will surely be a mandatory stop each time :). Thank you!

Kaffe Merc is one of my favorite little busniesses in Ogden! They are very time efficient and everything I've ever had from them is perfection! My go to is a breakfast sandwich with Bacon on croissant and a chai latte iced (the hot one is also so good.) During the summer they do yoga and if you go to the yoga class they do drink discounts! Definitely check them out if you're in the area, I'd recommend them any day!

Update:
This cute little coffee shop gets busier and busier every time I come! It's one of the only coffee shops you can sit and chat right now. There are groups of people that are regulars and come every week (or more often) to meet up. I've been seeing all ages of people from little kids (2-3years) to older adults. The food is always so good and served hot! If you order pastries they will warm them for you, keep in mind this isn't a bakery so pastries are limited. I overheard a couple say they used to only get Einstein's because it was the most like what they had in another state until they found this place. They said they lives in Oregon for years and it's the only place even similar to the coffee shops in Oregon. Support small businesses and come check them out!

I walked here from a friend's house this morning with no idea what to expect. Pretty sure I stumbled onto the best café in Ogden!! I got an horchata coffee with a ham/egg/cheese/tomato/spinach crassoint. Everything was delicious and the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Great way to start the morning!

I stumbled on this unique kaffe house as I was scouting Ogden for trail heads. It’s buried in a lovely community of pretty little houses and it’s truly a community spot with peoples dogs and little girls in fairy and supper hero costumes.
I have now idea how they got the zoning for it, but I am so glad they did. Food was great, coffee was generous and the vibe was perfect!

Nice little neighborhood coffee shop. Good coffee, fast for full espresso drinks. Nice local art for sale inside. Cozy atmosphere.

I go to kafe merc almost every day 🩵 i love the people and environment so much. The turnovers are TO DIE FOR and they make delicious coffee. LGBTQ+ friendly and the owners are very nice people. When I think of my perfect kind of day, it always starts with a trip to Kafe Merc. Easily can turn my day around when I get a latte and turnover from KM🩵

New favorite coffee shop! A great menu with lots of selections for really really good food. A ton of different options for coffee beverages. But what surprised me the most, was how inexpensive the prices were! Great seating area, and as a bonus, they’re open Sunday’s!! :)
