Jon Wannenmacher has been my Batzner Technician for many years. The company is fortunate to have him and so am I. He knows the materials he works with and is always helpful explaining the treatment to me. This year he was especially helpful as he had a day that many clients weren't available so he made a point of checking with me, as one of his clients, and scheduled me in rather than waste time. A most considerate man who is of great value to the company.

We contacted Batzner to control pavement ants. We had remotared or basement and the ants were chewing their way through the mortar. Called Batzner and they were taken care of. Thank you.

Batzner Pest Control does a great job. We had a wasp nest unfortunate situated right under our mailbox and in a crevice that defied our own remedying. Batzner was very prompt in their response and handled the job effectively. They also reconnoitered our entire property and found some other stinging insects in the eaves of our garage that would have been an emerging problem.

JT was extremely helpful! There was a slight scheduling issue from the back-office and he showed up within an hour of my call and was very thorough in walking me through all options and explaining different solutions and provided me an excellent quote with great detail. I would encourage you to make sure you retain his service. He is the best and there have been times when the service has been iffy, but not as long as Scott takes care of us. no photos.

I like that they keep the visit records, verbally share findings after visits and send a summary via email for my records. They give adequate notice and times for visits. My house has been mouse free for over four years! My service person at that time persevered for a year to find and close the entry points in the basement that the mice were using. Much appreciated.

The technician Jason does thorough inspections and explains what he is doing (setting traps, etc.) at each visit. When I've had issues the service is prompt and professional. I feel at ease knowing Jason will assist if there are problems. Excellent service, excellent technician, great company!

I used Batzner a few years ago when I owned my own home in West Allis. The quality of service was excellent. Since I moved, there really been no problem with the beetle infestation I once had. My problem here is gnats and I've hit upon a home-grown solution for that. With that said, there is no further need for your services. There are plenty of birds around here to take care of the insect population. Thank you.

We have been a customer of Batzner since 2012. Every technician has been very good at diagnosing and correcting any pest problem (first problem was yellow jackets living in our foundation), and their suggestions on steps we can take to prevent pests from entering have always been good. The technicians are personable and respect our property. The Batzner reports that are issued after each inspection/service are very useful.

I've always had great service with Batzner at our home and with the office staff - it was also great today. I am, however, concerned about recent mergers, changes (especially post takeover /technolodgy changes.) I'm now or have been a professional services providor, investor, poor farm kid, a board member and/or finance or audit committee member of multi-billion dollar company. I've also seen dumb 'business' decisions. Bottom line for Batzner is keep up the good work

I manage a rental building with 67 units in Grafton, WI. On a regular monthly basis my building is serviced. My tech (Wendy) that comes out is very knowledgeable, does a great job when I need extra service with a problem pest, and has a great personality. We started using Batzner a few years ago when we had mice in our living room, and very happy to report that we've only had one mouse in the basement since then! Our monthly service fee covers pretty much all exterior and interior pests. The technicians and office staff have always been friendly and professional.

Erick V came to our home today for an interior inspection and spray. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gave us some tips to help keep the bugs out. He sprayed all the windows, exterior doors, etc. We have had a contract with Batzner for a few years-ever since a carpenter ant invasion- and they have been very responsive each time we call.

It is such a pleasure to work with Karla. She is friendly, professional and communicates well. There is nothing better to hear than there is no new activity inside the church! So happy they are getting the mice before they enter the church. I would highly recommend their services.

Happy with the work done by the regional northeast WI person. Affordable, and they don't pressure you to buy maintenance plans -like other companies without doing the inspection first.

Michael Everett Is very thorough in taking care of our needs. He takes care of the greater Racine, Wi area. He has came up with ways to take care of our fruit fly problem like no other.
