I ordered pick up inside on 3/3/24 at 2:07pm. The staff was absolutely amazing! In particular, the young lady giving out the mobile orders. Thank you for being so kind and friendly! ♥ so sad i didn't get her name to add to this review.

Had a new employee in training take my order and there were mistakes but it was not the new trainee. I forgot her name but she is doing a great job. The issue was the people in the kitchen that were putting the sandwiches together kept talking and laughing and I believe they messed up the order and not the trainee because she read me my order back and it was right but when I got the food it was wrong. If they guys in the kitchen we're horse playing and actually read the orders they would have better service. I'm still satisfied with the restaurant and I will always continue to eat there and I highly recommend this Arby's. Just be patient with the new employees and let them get their training in. And I wish they would bring back the diablo sandwitches. I was eating 4 of them at a time. Yum yum yum. I miss them.

Boy oh boy do the have the MEATS! All kinds of em. Me? I wanted that brown brown hanging down - I wanted an Arby's melt downtown. This location DELIVERED. MMMMMMMMM

The staff are great. They went out of their way to hold the door for my 94 year old Dad and I. Food is great, store is clean, staff are courteous.

The only fast food place, in Jamestown anyhow, that you can expect good, hot food and really great service everytime. A few weeks ago on a particularly busy evening the cashier accidentally rang up the person's order behind me. I realized it sounded high and an amendment was immediately made. The manager herself came to the window, apologized profusely for the mistake and gave me copies of both the retracted charge as well as the correct one. She continued on to apologize two more times. I couldn't believe it! Any other place would have been a struggle to even correct the charges and I certainly wouldn't have been dealt with so sincerely or pleasantly. On top of great food, they have an A+ staff on everytime I visit.

Im not a huge fan of there food, especially now that I can't get a ham n Swiss which is the only thing I ever got. But the few times I've been at the Lakewood location, every employee has been so incredibly kind. It's a breath of fresh air

Came in on a late night before close and Drew was very polite and easy going. Made me feel very welcomed! I think he deserves a raise.

Ordered from there today. Something happened to the bottom of the bag. I don’t know if if was excess grease or something but as soon as I got out of my truck to my house everything just fell out of the bottom. Basically lost everything but the drink. Went back and went to see if they could do something about it. The manager nickolas was the one to help me. I was only given the credit card receipt to give them and he was skeptical but who wouldn’t be. But he helped me get another order again. Staff was really nice and helpful. Good food. Nice staff. 5 stars all the way.

Bruh its Arby's it's usually pretty good

Under construction at present,so the drive thrus not open. I can remember when there werent drive thrus anywhere...so go in! Worth it for the orange creme milkshake.

There is an employee at the location on Mall Blvd that deserves huge kudos. He always has a huge smile on his face and his positive attitude is infectious. No matter how bad your day is going its nearly impossible to leave without a smile on your face if he's working.

I just simply love them!! They stopped make the sweet potato fries and that made me upset. The jamoca shake, beef n cheddar, and greek gyro the next day made it better!!

I love Arby's. The Smokehouse Brisket is awesome. I've had over 90% of the menu and I loved everything. The lines are short and the service is fast every time I've been there.

My favorite of the local Arby's. Well-managed and always clean. Staff are friendly and the food is consistantly delicious!
