The young lady who helped me find the perfect "mother of the groom dress" She was super helpful, very friendly, didn't make me feel like an old lady shopping at Penney's. Perfect. I wish I'd gotten the name of the gal who helped me. She is an amazing asset to your company. The date and time were 9/28 in mid afternoon. I really hope she gets at least an "atta girl"

I'm happy I decided to check out JCPenney's. There was alot of good 50%-70% sales. I was able to get Juicy Couture sheets, comforter and pillows around $50.00. A customer service ladies are so nice and helpful.

I found a lot of things to wear that also look great on me. Great selection, great service and the workers are attentive. I highly recommend this store. They have a great reputation, also, so there is no fear in purchasing the product.

We absolutely love jcpenney stores they have tons of name brand clothing at great prices and they have something for everyone. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help you if you need assistance. If you dont have a coupon they will have one for you and try to make sure u save as much as u can while there. I would reccomend this store to anyone.

Found what I was looking for, had sales associate ask if I needed any help. When cashing out was fast and speedy even with sale items not ringing up correctly.

We order items online and take advantage of the free in-store pickup feature. The staff are very courteous and make sure the items are what we ordered before completing the transaction.

Had a credit cards stolen. Came into the store, reported it and have been totally protected precociously! Good to know they've got my back!

I had a very POSITIVE experience in your Lakewood NY JC PENNEY store. I was assisted by Susan Arteco, who is an associate in the women's clothing department. She went above and beyond in assisting with a return item. She located replacement items on the jcp website and proceeded to place the order for me.

When JCP does clearance, they do clearance! $60 for new boots, 2 dresses and a kids fleece jacket. Saved almost $200. I use to think JCP was out of my budget but their clearance is the amazing.

Young woman was very helpful in shoe dept.I also got a hair cut young lady was friendly and cut my hair the way I asked

Specifically visited the salon. They fixed my daughters hair after she tried to cut it herself 👀 they did a great job and were amazing.
