Tim Hortons

I enjoy coming to this particular Tim Hortons. The staff is amazing. Some know exactly what I like. I always have a good day when I stop to grab my ice coffee and muffin or a tray full of ice coffees and donuts. My family loves coming there. Service is great and staff is the greatest. I'd give it 1,000 stars if I could. Great job guys

I come here every day before work & get the same two things. When I pull up to the speaker I actually get disappointed when it’s not Stephanie or Jersey that come over the speaker. They’re so upbeat, lively, fun and actually sound happy to be there. No one else does that. They know my order pretty much by heart & even when I forget to add whip to my drink they already know to do it. These two are assets to this company & are appreciated more than they know!

The guy at the front counter is amazing! His name is Jersey and he was king, helpful, fast and was pleasant! He is the number one reason my children and I will be coming again! Thank you Jersey. Your great!

Our cashier misread our order which was ok w me but Brandon went out of his way to get me a second old fashioned dip on the house. I was going to save for later. He was courteous and smiling through the whole encounter

Coffee and pastries are fresh every day.

Rightfully given the 5 stars ... 1. The hottest hardworking women work here 2. They always carry the best smiles I've ever seen 3. When covid hit people got sick around town they followed suit immediately switching things up to support a healthier safer community and back to normal when things calmed down with all of that stuff!! 4. Essentially I believe this review will be reviewed and I'm probably going to either receive way more smiles or none at all due to an immensely higher traffic volume but hey more demand more pay and hours ladies so let's keep it 100% for your boy and lastly 5. Because tim Hortons just so happens to keep their places clean and always stocked with them freshly baked goods no matter where your living fresh prince in Bel air or the hood ... Tim Hortons keeps the best store hours providing the best baked goods... Um... Got carried away with the rhyming thing again so my apologies to "Eckloffs bakery"... But I mean like where the bleep you at these days hit me up i will give you have off on a great ad campaign ... More pastries for the people more competition to keep the bakers on their toes ... I call CHALLENGE!!!!

They're coffee is forever my favorite coffee. Let's put it this way, I wasn't an avid coffee drinker until I ordered a medium 4n4 from them and I've been hooked ever since 2017! I go there almost every day and they know me by my order, which has increased since then (ex. lg. 5n5 w/ a dome lid).

I think Tim Hortons has the best coffee. We like the Brooklyn Square location best and enjoy being able to sit for a while with coffee and a snack. The staff is usually friendly and quick. They repeat your order back to you to make sure it's correct. The tables are clean and they have nice restrooms too.

Tim Hortons 2nd st. Jamestown location. My entire order was perfect. The coffee and the food were great. Service was great.

A very nice young lady working the register on drive thu bought me my coffee and made my day! 😊 I had forgot my wallet and apologized for having them make the drink. She offerd to hold it until I came back with my wallet but didn't have time before my shift at work. It was so nice of her to buy me my coffee!

Very busy a lot of people waiting made my drink with tap water just super busy crowded and slow staff

I love Tim Hortons and the services they provide. Their bathroom is always clean and able to accommodate those who like to take their coffee by membrane absorption. Awesome place.

The drive thru for this location is always ridiculously long but but the service inside is great and much faster. Never get my order wrong and happy it's open 24 hours. Very satisfied with this location.

Sometimes they don't stir coffee enough, but still best coffee around!

The integrity of the company and it's employees is outstanding ! Have left phone, wallet, and other items there ALWAYS returned in tact. Charities actually get the money you donate, and quality of food and drink is excellent.

I had a great breakfast and coffee, very clean and the service is excellent and very fast. Comfortable lines with good spacing, tables set apart nicely, outside tables not set at this time but not really needed.
