Sara Pakula is THE BEST! She was resourceful, personable, efficient, and simply wonderful to work with. We heard her Modern Realty ad on the radio and "interviewed" her for the sale of our home in Greenfield. We decided then-and-there to have Sara list our home. She explained everything we needed to know. from the first time we met her through to the closing. The photos Sara took and posted were, in large part, what "sold" our home to those who saw the listing. She took daytime photos, and returned to take evening photos of our home to emphasize its coziness. Our home sold the 2nd day it was listed. We will be hiring Sara soon, again, as our agent for a new home we are building which was to be for my brother who, unfortunately, passed away before it will be completed. As mentioned, my husband and I loved working with Sara from the very start. We more-than highly recommend her!

After interviewing multiple real estate agents Sara came in and recommended the highest listing price of the three and she was able to help us stage our home and we still got over asking price! Sara was great to work with and very patient with us as we were first time home sellers. We were able to contact her at any time during the day and she was always prompt in returning phone calls and texts. She had our best interest in mind in every transaction. I don't understand why you would go with any other agent. Her commission fee is the best around.
