I stopped into this store a couple of times but left because there were too many people waiting, so I made an appointment which i would recommend. . I was considering an upgraded phone and knew which one I wanted to look at. Daniel showed me all the features I was interested in and I was sold. There was no pressure and he was very patient with the entire process. While there, I also witnessed his coworker helping a customer who walked in with a new phone. This employee spent an enormous amount of time patiently helping the elderly man navigate his phone.

My phone was not charging correctly. I walked into Verizon and Andrew Giasi helped me right away. He cleaned my whole phone and charging port. I eventually will need a new phone and I definitely will be going back to Andrew.

They were very helpful! I went to two Verizon’s before coming to this location and Daniel was the only person to go out of his was to help address the issue. Amazing customer service would come back again

I recently had an emergency/stolen phone while I was out of town. I immediately went to this store upon my return home and the representative, Andrew, could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with under very stressful circumstances and he made the process of replacing my phone much easier than I imagined it would be....Thank you Andrew for your help! (PS- the trainee in the store was also very pleasant and knowledgable)

Going to this store saved me money and at least an hour of hold time if I called Verizon reps. He recommended some plan changes and assisted me to get a discount I had tried to apply for online but it was wrongfully denied. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions during our visit and made it easy. What a great experience!

Some customers who left ahead of us were making sure that the manager knew that they had received the best customer service from this particular Verizon store. And I can easily echo that sentiment. The young lady who helped us was so patient and personable. When it's time to buy a new phone next year, I will definitely be purchasing from this store.

We went into the Morris Ave verizon store for the 1st time and it was the best experience we'd both ever had in a Verizon store. Adrian was great. Knowledgeable, patient and low key. We never felt any pressure to buy anything we didn't need and he was just overall very respectful to us, as was the other 2 sales persons in the store. Thanks for a great experience.

Adrian is an absolute gem of an employee. I've never seen anyone multitasking so effortlessly while also giving excellent customer service. Everyone he was working with left happy and satisfied. This man deserves acknowledgment and imo a raise!

I went to this store to upgrade my iPhone. In the process we discovered there was an issue w my account (a computer error, not my fault). Jessica patiently called customer support and was transferred to about 6 different people at Verizon to resolve this, bumped around & around (not a good reflection on the Verizon support team, honestly!). Jessica was patient, calm, professional and she persevered to make sure it was resolved. Adrienne also jumped in to help, in between helping other customers. I was so impressed w both of them! They were excellent & they were able to resolve it, so I got my new phone. Thank you to them both.

I needed a new phone. Right from the start she knows her job. No surprises told me cost’s , plan, about different phones, chargers, cases, screen cover. Insurance that’s available, Phone had to be ordered . She is so good I did not leave with a question. Jessica will call when phone is in, I told her I want to see her. Two places I dread is buying a new car, and getting a new phone. Very satisfied

Andrew the rep was really friendly. He answered all my questions. He really provided great service and maintained his patience when he was answering a 90 year old old lady on the phone.

I went in to ask questions about upgrading my cell phone plan and maximizing the deals that were available with FIOS. Fernando was a huge help, sat with me and mapped out by price each of the plans that would benefit me the most personally. Easily switch my cell phone plan, and assisted with setting up an installation date and time for FIOS. He was very professional, knowledgeable and related to me as a customer. Professional staff that looks out for your best interest, would recommend this location.

What quality service! Fernando, the store manager of this particular location, helped me today. Immediately as it started to get busy, not one customer walked in with out hearing a hello. As it got increasingly busy, Fernando multi-tasked to help everyone of his guests effortlessly. I can confidently say that every problem Fernando came across (including my own), was solved with ease, patience, and genuine concern. You can tell that this person has a passion for what he does as it reflects in his store and his team. Thanks again!

I went to the Verizon store in Morristown NJ today to upgrade my IPhone and received excellent service from Adriene. He found the best deal for me, explained everything in detail and was so patient answering all my questions. ( I’m not tech savvy.) The process does involve many steps so do allot enough time for the professionals to do their job and you will leave happy with a fully functional phone. Thanks so much Adriene!
