I have been having some back pain on and off for years. Cryotherapy was recommended to me by my doctor.  A friend told me about Renew Cryotherapy in Morristown . My experience with them was nothing short of relaxing & energizing.  Their staff is amazing and the place is so beautiful and clean!  After the whole body cryotherapy I felt relief form my back pain. I bought the 2 week membership to do a more intense treatment . Great place to feel better ! I am very much looking forward to my next appointment and will be treating myself to a facial as well!!

I really enjoyed my first experience at Renew Cryotherapy. At first, I was a bit nervous to step into the whole body machine, but the treatment was actually enjoyable and the time in the machine flew by. I could feel the effects immediately after using the machine and it felt like my entire body just worked out, yet I also experienced a jolt of energy. I can't wait to try it again next weekend! I might even get one of their package deals.

I came to Renew to do Full Body Cryotherapy and loved the way that it made me feel. When I came back, I tried the local cryotherapy on my elbow and for days after my elbow has been feeling a lot better! The inflammation has gone down greatly and my mobility has noticeably increased. I would absolutely recommend and I will be back soon!

So professional and extremely clean place. The staff was lovely. I tried the full body cryotherapy and loved it. I train often at the gym and this helped a lot my soreness as well as my back pain. Would highly recommend!

The place was recommended by my acupuncturist as a solution for my psoriasis was battling with it for long time. With a commitment of 2/3 sessions a week, after 20 treatments of cryotherapy everything is gone and clean.

Renew Cryotherapy has 100% helped me with old injuries. As an Army Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, I fractured a vertebrae while paratrooping. Cryotherapy has helped me with my chronic back pain. The infrared sauna is also a wonderful experience.

I loved the cryo facial! Skin looks good and feels good. I do have to say, that you definitely have to do few treatments to see more prominent results. Otherwise, it is great. Especially if you are afraid, like me, to try full body cryo I suggest doing local cryo :)

Watch out! They make you pay before your apt. This place has an automatic booking system that lets you book the appointment using a texting bot. You will never talk to a life person. I showed to my scheduled appointment and the place was closed. That was over a month ago. I have been trying to get a refund since then, emailing, calling, texting the bot... now their phone number is disconnected.

Very disappointed I was expecting at least a little improvement in the overall tone of my skin and there was absolutely no difference no smaller pores, even color ....etc. Complete waste of time and money.
