I am so happy that our contractor Hernz Home Improvements had recommended to work with Faith at General Plumbing Supply for our plumbing fixtures! Faith was AMAZING!!

Faith is incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When I had exchanges to make she made it seamless. She also made sure when we needed a new part for our shower just before the inspector was coming to have it available for me to pick up immediately — it was definitely a time crunch and not her problem but she made sure we had what we needed to get the job done!

We also went through Faith for our bathroom vanity (which was totally a lesson for me of trust the professionals because I thought I could order from Wayfair and that did not work out!). I’m glad my mistake didn't work out because now we have a much better quality Kohler vanity that works perfectly in our space! Once again, Faith saved the day when my Wayfair purchase backfired and she not only took me in the show room same day, but had it shipped to our home the next morning to not slow the project down.

I highly recommend working with Faith, she is an absolute gem!

A friend recommended that I call Heather DePhillipps specifically at General Plumbing Supply in Morris Plains when they heard we were redoing two of our bathrooms at the same time. He is a contractor that works with Heather on a daily basis and spoke highly of her ability to help design, choose fixtures, vanities, and colors that would help make your vision a reality. I am beyond happy we worked with her! Before stepping into General Plumbing Supply in Morris Plains, I walked out of several other similar type of stores nearly in tears...if you have never done a bathroom renovation before it can be VERY overwhelming! So many different options to choose from and, understanding that this is a big undertaking, I did not want to make a mistake in my choices. Once I began working with Heather I was amazed at her true dedication to making sure this was as easy a process as possible. She was responsive to my questions, gave great decorating advice, and was helpful every step of the way--she even gave her opinion on things outside her scope of work when I asked for it, I trusted her completely! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and I would work with her again in a heartbeat should I be doing any more renovations in my home! I would highly recommend her to anyone! We are remodeling our bathroom and headed to General Plumbing Supply to select all the equipment and fixtures we needed. We arrived to meet with Heather, with an idea for a color scheme but not much else. She quickly pulled together multiple options for us, giving us a number of selections to choose from. She offered great suggestions and was always asking for our likes and dislikes. General Plumbing Supply has a huge number of fixtures, toilets, vanities, shower heads, drawer pulls, etc. Everything we needed for our remodel. Heather's knowledge of the inventory available from a large number of companies offering similar pieces was invaluable. It is now a modern and beautiful one! Aimee’s good taste and deep knowledge were invaluable throughout the process. I hadn't been to this GPS Showroom in many years so I was pleasantly surprised to see how much larger it is now with many choices . I found exactly what I wanted for both my kitchen and powder room among the latest trends and more classic styles. It was great to get this all done in one visit. The showroom manager helped me and she was great. I will definitely return when I am working on future projects .

Couldn't be happier with GPS Plumbing Supply in Morris Plains. Their huge showroom was absolutely beautiful & their selections were overwhelming to say the least. We had a particular Grohe faucet in mind that we were interested in and they were able to get it for us. Who knew faucet shopping could be such an enjoyable experience! Kudos need to be given to Lisa in particular. She was a joy to work with. Very pleasant & extremely knowledgeable on the products. GPS is lucky to have an employee such as her working for them. We highly recommend GPS....they definitely will have what you are looking for, if not, they certainly will be able to get it for you. You will not be disappointed with their selection or their service!!!!

I worked with Aimee Dickerson on some cabinet door replacements and she was extremely helpful! We had an unfortunate flooding situation in our kitchen and had no idea what the previous owners of our house used for remodeling, she was quickly able to identify company, color and all other details on the cabinet doors to get us the replacements we needed! Order was placed immediately and cabinet doors arrived in less than a week. Great customer service!
