Mr. Lee is awesome. Gigi nails is definitely my go to nail salon they are so friendly and the energy there is so calm and relaxed they are very nice and always willing to go above and beyond to give you what you want they are so gentle with you while you’re getting serviced they don’t rush when customers come in I highly recommend Gigi nails!

Great Service, Priced good, Friendly Environment. I have been a client of Lily's on and off for 15 years. I have even started bringing my daughter 3 years ago (she's 6 now) and they do a great job with her as well. I can walk in without an idea for my nails and they help me decide what to do. Or I can come in with an idea and its executed perfectly. I recommend GiGi Nails to everyone I know.

I had the female owner and she was very quiet and pleasant and did a wonderful job. I will be going back. I am in a wheelchair so she was very helpful to me.

Went here last minute while my tires were getting done across the street. Short wait and they did a great job with the dip on my short nails.

I have seen complaints on here. If you really feel you were treated so poorly call and talk to them. Yes policy is no rufund. But that doesn't mean they wouldn't try to make it right for you. The woman who does my nails goes above and beyond for me. Rose has been the best manicureist I have been to in years. For about 2 years I went without nails again. But driving by the shop one day I was thinking " I have been working hard, I work where people see my hands all the time. I desserve the royal treatment" and I get that from Rose. Maybe who ever everyone else is seeing are the wrong people. I have never had a pedicure, thinking about going to rose to have it done. I know she will do just fine. We are moving out of the area, but I will continue to see rose. Maybe it's also the author some tip the employees. Yes it is their job. But really think about it. To them it's art. I know to me it is

Seen good and bad review but I took it upon myself go check out the place went there today and I must say was very pleased the way tulip did my pedicure and manicure great job will come again everyone was very nice and not long wait thanks Gigi nails good customer service and friendly and all speak English not like some other places I visited that the girls didn't know what I wanted but at Gigi nails they knew exactly will come again soon

I was real skeptical of going their because of the reviews. But I can truly say; the lady did an awesome job and the customer service was A.O.Kay...... I will go back
