We had attentive and knowledgeable help during the selection process. The furniture was ready and delivered 2 weeks AHEAD of schedule! The delivery team of Brian and Dwayne was exactly on time, careful and efficient. It is comfortable and well made and looks beautiful in our room. I could not be happier with our choice!

I own Summit Chat Chair and Hudson modular deep seating. They do well on the windy hill I live on. I can leave them outside all year without needing to store or cover them. I particularly like how good the deep seating looks when I have the cushions stored away. I love the black color.

Not what was expected when we went inside. Quite a bit overpriced. Like the concept and the built on site factor.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOU IT!!! The absolute worst customer support ever. The cushions fall apart and Sister Bay does nothing to help. I have had chairs from them and in less than 18 months the cushions are literally in shreds. The company just tells me they can't do anything about it and I have to talk with their outside cushion supplier. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, reporting this company to the BBB.
