Buying a home in 2023 was rough, but somehow we found the perfect home for us! We worked with Jen Strelka and she was always responsive and helpful in suggesting homes for us to view and giving feedback on properties we inquired about. When we found our home, she worked with us to draft a competitive offer and advised us on when to escalate. She discussed with us the pros and cons of waiving contingencies/etc so that we could make informed choices, but never pressured us to do anything.

Our house ended up with 11 other offers, and ours was accepted even though it wasn't the highest offer! We have been in our home for 6 months and couldn't be happier here!

I'd highly recommend listing and selling your home with Jacqueline Voit. She responded to all questions quickly, guided us clearly and efficiently through the process, and was kind and fun along the way. The team she worked with helped us stage our home, take beautiful listing photos, and make getting all of the paperwork in order for closing a breeze. We had a really tight timeline for selling because we were moving and Jacqueline made it happen for us.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience working with Kyle. Jackie and team were phenomenal. This was our first time selling a home and we are thrilled with our experience start to finish. From the initial consultation where we talked about our area with comps and best time to list. Next arranged for a staging professional to come out and talk to us about how best to rearrange the house not only for pictures but for the showings. The week of listing they have a top notch photographer take beautiful pictures. Listing went up and the showings came rolling in. They leverage an app to manage all showings. Once offers came in we were able to easily communicate through the negotiation process till we finally accepted the offer. Then during the closing period we were able to work on all final steps up until we handed keys over and were done. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Kyle Ristow, hands down could not have asked for a better buying experience. As first time home buyers, we couldn't have been happier! If there were 6 stars to give, we would!

1) Communication - quick responder and comfortable via text, email, or phone. Each have their uses and he used them all very well and professionally.

2) Knowledge - Our favorite aspect of Kyle was his home knowledge. He treated home showings as a 'pre-inspection' where he would comment on thoughts of the roof, mechanicals, basement, foundation, etc. He never acted thought as he was the inspector or final say, but always pointed things out and was transparent. His goal was to point to potential costs and then together do homework, talk to folks, or just keep it in mind during the inspection. He knew much more than we anticipated and this helped greatly.

3) Dedication - Kyle battled for us when trying to get a home. He also used his network to to get second opinions on things we saw during home showings.

4) Attitude - very positive, encouraging, and real. When we got buyers fatigue after 6 weeks of shopping, he was there to encourage and motivate us. Very patient too. I asked many questions and sometimes repeatedly and he was gracious to answer all.

5) Personality - very flexible and easy to get along with. Not only is he technical, but he has great soft skills as well. Felt like we were truly working with a friend.
