Cholly was our sales associate and had great customer service!! He was very knowledgeable and honest when discussing 2 different couch options. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with our entire purchase process.

Super friendly staff and great prices! Q our sales guy was awesome, really helped us out and I will absolutely give him more business in the future. He’s definitely one of the best sales people I’ve come across in recent years.. wasn’t pushy at all, took time to listen to our needs and we ended up finding the perfect couch for our beach house.

I’ve been shopping with Ashley Home Stores for years and it was finally time to purchase a new living room set. We met Cholly at the front and he was fantastic helping us find exactly what we wanted with some limitations as far as size for the couches. He was so pleasant and I look forward to working with him in the future for other purchases!

Bre was fantastic. She gave us space when we wanted to do more browsing on our own and was also extremely knowledgeable when it came to purchasing our mattress and bed frame. You can tell she enjoys her job and gave us an excellent buying experience.

Sara is fabulous! She didn’t give any high pressure sales when we entered the store - which we Hate. She welcomed us, asked if we were looking for anything in particular, and then provided relevant information on the sales available, and then let us wander. After letting us wander for a bit, came back to us to see if we had questions. We did, she offered suggestions and helpful advice, and was ready with pertinent price information. And we walked out buying three separate pieces. No high pressure sales pitches, just friendly superior attention and easy personality. The store is very lucky to have Sara for she knows exactly how to help customers find what they need and want, without customers feeling pressured to buy.

My fiancé and I came to Ashley Furniture in Phillipsburg in search of a new couch, and we were greeted by Cholly upon entering the store. I absolutely adore him. EXCELLENT customer service, honest, very knowledgeable of pretty much anything you would want or need to know when furniture shopping, and just an overall delight. There’s so much more I could say, but he definitely made the whole experience significantly better. I’ll never forget him. He brightened my whole day and is a light to the world. We need more Chollys! We also got the sectional couch we wanted and at a great price :)

Walking in to Ashley furniture right away , I felt welcome. Cholly greeted me like we knew each other, was absolutely very helpful. Eric and he worked with me for hours to find the right mattress/bed to fit my needs. So friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I can't say enough good things of how much fun it was and I look forward to going back for the rest of my furnishings. I thank them for being apart of this journey in my life.

Eric was wonderful! He took his time showing me around the show room. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions. He gave mw knowledge on all the promotions to ensure I got the best prices! You rock ! The wait for my furniture took over a month. Just be prepared to wait alittle

This place was amazing! Went to Ledgewood before and they were rude and pressured us to no end. Came to Philipsburg and Sara was so sweet and helpful. Her and Eric and the whole team were amazing and very accommodating. They worked with us until we found the perfect furniture and price. Love this place and can't say enough good things!

Lilly, our Design Consultant, was very professional, informative, patient, and helpful. She partnered with Mark, the Store Manager, to give us options that fit our needs. Together with Josh, at the front register, they were able to complete our order and get our delivery scheduled for our new mattress.
