Great store with great customer oriented customer service!
I'm glad Ross is much closer to me now.
We went to see the new store with planning not to buy anything, but didn't even finish browsing the store, couldn't resist very afford prices on home decorsand ended up buy few items.
We'll come back soon to finish browsing the store)))))

Michael is one of the best employees I have met that day. He is polite, humble, compassionate, well mannered and most of all helpful. If a smile was a cure I would get treated at the store. They don't have wheelchairs at the moment, but Michael did his best to accommodate me. My outfits that he helped me fit perfectly even my boots. Highly recommend, this is sorta like another discounted store but the difference is there is so much more, clothing is not limited to a certain amount of sizes, shoes, yes I said shoes of all brands, sizes, styles and so on. And the prices are fantastic. Plus, my hubby actually had fun. I will be back very soon.

Friendly cashiers, love it when I find name brand clothes like Uggs, North Face, Polo, Nike for really low prices. My family and I love this store.

Store is just ok. Good men's department. Lots of accessories, clean store! But it's brand new so it should be clean! Typical store like Marshall's, TJ max, etc. Brand names at discounts.

Was very disappointed that the aisles aren't set up wide enough For the mobility impaired. My mother uses a V-shaped Walker and her handle. Bars kept getting stuck on everything as she was trying to walk up-and-down the aisle. Very frustrating will more than likely. Not bring her back to that store.
