Last Thursday, I went to cvs and the experience it was very pleasant. Yen, one of the pharmacist, was accommodating and answered all my questions about the process (I’m scared of needles). The place was clean and it had everything I was looking for.

Always friendly staff, quick and easy pickup!

Ppl need to understand Pharmacies are all understaffed and some are working 10-12hr shifts and need to have a bit more patience! Just relax- it’s not that serious to get all upset about.

I have used this CVS for years, and I have watched the lines grow at the pharmacy since the pandemic. Despite being well understaffed, staff at the store helped to remedy an issue with my prescription stemming from the policy of filling with generics which does not require notifying the patient. Due to this, when the automated system alerted me that my script was ready I did not recognize the medication. I phoned my doctor, questioning why the prescription had not been phoned in. Ultimately, a great deal of time was spent between the pharmacy and my doctor sorting out needless confusion due to insufficient communication in the system.

I would like to thank Andrew Wea, Pharmacist, Adam Harley, Clerk, and Brittany Simmons, Store Manager, for going well above and beyond to help get my medication to me expeditiously at the end of their day knowing that my medication had run out. I appreciate their concern for doing the best thing where a customer’s health was concerned.

Drive-thru pharmacy works for me. Some days there's a considerable wait.

I ordered a photo card and picture cube late last night online. An employee by the name of Jose called me in the morning to tell me they didn’t have the cube. He must’ve heard the disappointment in my voice and so He offered to call another CVS and see if they carried the cube and said he would call me back. Not only did he call me back but he went out of his way to get me the cube, which is a gift for Father’s Day. It truly warmed my heart to know there are people out there that still go out of their way to bring a smile to their customers. Needless to say I’m beyond grateful and EXTREMELY satisfied with the service provided.

I just completed my two covid vaccines at this cvs. I was impressed at how professionally the entire pharmacy was. Both times I arrived I was greeted by store employees who were not only very informative but extremely polite.
The team that was administering the vaccine again were extremely professional and very polite and kind.

I went to pick up a prescription (without insurance) and the Pharm Tech- the whole team, actually!- found coupons to apply, and they managed to take $100 off! They absolutely care about their customers, they understand how expensive things can be, and they're super helpful and patient- even when you still manage not to have enough money and have to visit your bank down the street.
The pharmacist then took time to answer my question, even though he was really busy making calls. The store itself is really nicely spaced out, so even though I had to wait, I didn't mind.
A+ guys!

I just received my COVID vaccine today. CVS has the entire thing down pat. Online questionnaire and check-in process. So smooth. I was in and out quickly. The woman who gave me the shot was kind and friendly.
