I wish we’d met Joseph sooner! My husband and I were so grateful to work with Joseph Singsheim. He and his team found buyers for our home after the very first weekend he listed for us. We listed on a Thursday and accepted an offer that Sunday. In THREE DAYS!! Prior to meeting him, our home hadn’t sold for 3 months and we had an awful experience with so much stress. But as soon as we started working with Joseph, he gave us great advice, recommended a wonderful stager, coordinated stunning photos, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the listing price. Joe and Jeff helped my husband and I settle into our first home! It has been nearly two years and I am so grateful for all they’ve done. Fantastic experience working with Jeff. We met him while looking at houses and opted to work with him because he was the most professional agent we'd seen. It took some time to find what we were looking for but Jeff was always at the showings before we were, with research on the property and neighborhood. He made the offer process super easy and was very responsive through that and the closing. We'll be using him soon to sell our old house.

Where to start? Had 3 properties to sell. First used a local seller for 6 months no hits/offers. Jeff cold called us and he had a plan. We put one property up to see how it would go. Within 24 hours, in January, during a snow storm, 5 offers and we accepted one. House sold with no problem! At asking price! We were thrilled. Put up other 2 properties. Again, within 24 hours multiple offers. These properties sold over our asking price! Jeff seems to have a reach that is more than local. One buyer was from New York and another from outside our community. He gave great advice and knew when and how to counter to create a bidding war. His communication was important to us. Not only with contacting us with information but being available to correspond with us at any reasonable time. Every step of the process, from putting houses up to check in our account (my favorite!) was smooth! It was convenient to pre sign at a time that worked around out schedule and at a place that was close to us. Highly recommend Jeff and his team. Great job Jeff! Thank you! Wish I had more to sell!
