Wilde Subaru

It’s been 1 week since we visited Wilde Subaru to look for a vehicle that fits a family of five who just recently moved here in the US from Australia. All I can say is that what an absolute legend they are in there! Special mention to our legend Sales Rep @Kay Frick and Fin Rep @Belmir. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

They were very upfront with all the financing options that fits our budget considering the fact that we are new and with little to no credit history here in the US yet. I loved that we were able to get the approval immediately even though I came in late arvo. What’s best was we were able to drive home that night this fantastic 8-seater Subaru Ascent limited.

I could have not ask for more excellent customer service from them! I will definitely gonna recommend them to my work colleagues and mates.

After 10 years with my 08' Tundra it was time for me to get something new. My wife and I are so glad that we came to Wilde Subaru and found Kailee Frick. She has without a doubt been the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. She fully respected my father, wife and I. We were able to try multiple vehicles which allowed us to find the perfect car for me to replace my truck with. Kailee did not give off the usual car salesmen vibes and didn't get that look of "oh this is a waste of time" when we wanted to look at cheaper cars. She was always positive, informative and most of all gave us our space. We love our new 2021 Subaru Outback and will definitely come back when we get my wife her Accent.

Brought home my brand new Crosstrek Wildernesd yesterday. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, the buying process was easy! Kay is fantastic to work with, I highly recommend her. She made buying a new car fun. :)

I love my "new to me" 2016 Subaru Outback I purchased at Wilde Subaru. I drove 3 hours from home, across three states to pick this gem up. My salesman, Brian, was great , and the sales manager, Chris, was very helpful. The car was priced fairly, had extremely low mileage, the interior was immaculate, and it drives like a dream. Since I live out of state, the sales process was a little bit bumpy, but overall I'm very satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the car either!

As easy of a car buying experience as I have had, most was done outside of the dealership. They had no problem matching another dealer’s price, and got us actual y below what we expected to pay without negotiating. Brandon was amazing answering our questions and working on his days off to get everything done. Thanks to everyone at Wilde Subaru getting my wife the perfect vehicle.

And once again Wilde Subaru Service team has earned another 5⭐ rating! I was really in a jam today, both headlights out in my Subaru, and their service schedule was full. I came in at 4:15 pm and the team happily offered to help me. Alan started me out, asking others if there was a way to fit me in, and then Service manager Mike jumped in and said that of course they would help me out. I am so grateful for their willingness to assist, I just can’t express that enough. Alex is the mechanic that is working on those lights right now and I sure appreciate his expertise. I was also introduced to Dom, who’s helped me in the past, and Jessica at the dealership front desk who was also very kind and friendly. For me it’s more than servicing my vehicle, it’s the graciousness they extended when I really needed help. Thank you Alan, Mike, Alex, Dom and Jessica, I appreciate every one I’ve you. I’ll be returning on Saturday for a routine service appointment. Why would I go anywhere else for service or my next Subi? Fantastic team, thank you!

We purchased a used Subaru Forester Wilderness and the buying process was exceptional. The best experience was dealing with Business Advisor Jeana French. She was very pleasant to work with and she took the time to understand what we needed in additional protection for our purchase. She explained all the options and benefits and did not push us to purchase any additional items/options.We were so please with her that we dealt with her to secure additional protection for my other daughter who bought a Subaru from a non-Subaru dealer. The thing I love most about a sales person is how genuine they are. Kay is that kind of genuine and it made the whole experience very welcoming and enjoyable!

After having a horrible experience at the Nissan dealership and making the mistake of not coming here first I had nothing short of a great experience. The minute I walked in the dealership and explained my situation I was well taken care of by Arbazz the salesman. He was very kind and also very calm and not a pushy salesman like I've experienced before. During my whole situation dealing with trying to get rid of my Nissan he communicated with me everyday and always answered my calls even if he wasn't on the clock. Once I decided to purchase my outback during the process the manager Joe was amazing in helping me get to where I needed to be payment wise and was just super communicative the whole time
Even during signing the paperwork the finance lady was friendly and explained everything very well. By far one of the best car buying experiences I've had and one of the easiest.

As a female car buyer (who does not appreciate salespeople only talking to/addressing my husband), I highly recommend Kay! Dominic was phenomenal. I took my outback into the dealership after hours, and dropped my keys in the Dropbox, the next morning I got a call from Dominic, he assured me that it was going to be taken care of. He delt with my Endurance extended warranty completely. I would 100% go back to Wild Subaru to get my car serviced in the future. Also the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

I submitted an application with my bank to buy out my lease. Within an hour, Kay, from Wilde, got back to me. I told her what I wanted to do. She sent me over to Jeana, the finance person. Within one hour I had everything set up and ready to go. My appointment on Saturday morning went fast and smooth. I was at the dealership exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes! I even test drove my next vehicle in that time! Exceptional customer service! They did exacty what I asked them to do in record time, smiling all the way. Kudo to the girl team for being Rock Stars!

Kay Frick is an outstanding agent at Wilde Subaru. I have leased three Imprezas through Kay and have been entirely satisfied. She is efficient and very nice. She is the biggest reason I have returned again and again to Wilde. The car service department is also excellent. Jeanette French in finance is also terrific.

I have been using Wilde Subaru for services on my Impreza and after it was totaled by a deer, it was no question about buying from Wilde. Their service staff are excellent and now I can confirm that their sales and finance staff are excellent too! From the beginning they were respectful and kind with helping me find the right car and get it financed.
