Dean Tire is so helpful and truly wanting to solve your tire issues. Stay away from the big box tire places - they will get you in the door with low prices and empty warranty promises, but when it comes down to it they will find a reason why your warranty is void. Dean Tire has excellent prices, the best service and they stick to their word. Can't recommend Dean Tire enough for anything tire related, whether it's a fix or new purchase. They are simply the best!

I have been going to Dean for I feel like 10 years plus. They get what you need they are polite they do not try to rip you off. If their is a deal going on they are honest with you. And all the same men work their from when I first started going their so that says something in its self. I truly dont trust many mechanics or tire places. But I have grown to grow friendships. I just got brand new tires on my vehicle Chevy traverse and I am very pleased.

There's a good reason this place is still around. Since my first car some 25 years ago, Dean Tire has been reliable, friendly, honest, reasonably priced and professional. That's a lot to say in today's business scape where tire shops change hands and names as often as my buddy Joe changes jobs - every 2 years.

Your dealer might tell you one thing, your neighbor another - but know this: Dean Tire will set you straight when it comes to tires. Bar none, end of story. Don't debate it, just stop by and the guys will fix you right up.

I had a leak in my Tesla. I was trying to find a place where they can inspect it. I called Mavis they don't touch Tesla, Midas told me I have to replace the tire no fixing (seriously). I called and came here and they fixed it in 15 min. They did not charge me any penny for that. I am definitely coming back here when I am replacing my tires or need realignment.

I came in here earlier for a flat repair and was happy to learn that they use a plug patch instead of a plug stop the leak. I have 8 years experience as a former tire tech and I know this to be a far more reliable fix. My experience here was expedient and copacetic.

I can’t believe I hadn’t left a review sooner, but this is what I refer to as “my tire shop” to all my friends. Truly the best, I’ve been going here for ten years. They’re always quick to take you in, and quick to get you out while explaining what’s going on. Very trustworthy even when I compared prices to competitors, and I recommend them to friends all the time.

Great service, they won me as a customer. Went in early morning without an appointment and was out again thirty minutes later. They fixed a slow leak, found the broken part, and didn't even want to charge me for it. The best thing was the friendly tone and that the service mechanic actually explained what happened and why the air was leaking. Thumbs up! I will definitely return for my next set of tires.

Beyond excellent service! I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called and they said to just come to the shop. They fixed it on the spot. Super friendly, explained how they fixed/patched the tire, charged me ~$40 and I was on my way. Total time ~20min. I'll be going here for anything and everything tire-related from now on.

So refreshing to find an honest car repair place. They fixed my tire without trying to upsell me on anything, and did a very thorough job, explaining everything. Which is a very good business practice, because in about a year, when I need four new tires, there is no doubt where I will be going!

This is the only place I would go in Morristown or the surrounding area. They are experts in installation and balancing. I take my personal and commercial vehicles there and they always get the guys out quick many times with no appointment! Head and shoulders above the chain tire outlets!

Brought my 23 foot camper in without an appointment needing an emergency fix for a leaky valve that was causing my tire to deflate. Service was super professional, speedy, and I was back on the road in no time. 5 stars!

There’s a very good reason this business is rated 5 stars. They were able to balance, in short order, the tires a nationwide franchise installed yet refused to even try and fix when my truck rattled at higher speeds. Will be dealing with Dean Tire Service exclusively going forward.

I had an awesome experience here. Came in thinking I might need new tires and had misaligned tires. Tom looked at my tires and said they looked good and to wait to get them replaced and even did a test drive to make sure everything was okay. Never had a mechanic have me not spend money unnecessarily. I am a customer for life.

Fast, polite, know what they're doing. It's excellent to know that you're on good hands. It's been a while since my last flat, perhaps the pricing is higher everywhere but def paid more to get my flat fixed here than I've done in the past elsewhere. That said, I did have peace of mind cos this is a place I trust

Great guys! Lucky he just had my tire come in earlier today or else id be driving 40 miles or a few miles the next shop, on my spare... not a good idea!
