I called the office to see if they're accepting new patients & was told yes. Took all my information over the phone, including the fact that I need early morning appointments. Their computers were down so she couldn't make the appointment. But she kept her promise & called me back on the same day, appointment already made for about a week away. I saw Dr. Ferrier. Yes, the other reviews are correct that there's a lengthy waiting time however, Dr. Ferrier took his time getting to know my situation & as he was writing his notes, he read them aloud so I knew exactly what he was entering. He has the gift of talking about hard topics, combining honesty with respect. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not addressing some issues prior to seeing him. Further testing appointments were set up for me within a reasonable time frame, as well as my f/u with Dr. Ferrier. Put aside the long waits. This is a practice run like a well-oiled machine. Having a competent doctor outweighs my need for a speedy appointment.

It was to be a relaxing Fourth of July weekend. Out of the blue, I was having sudden and excruciating left arm pain plus it felt as if a baby elephant was sitting on my chest. My wife drove me to Dover General just around the corner from my home. The net result of this night is that I was referred to Dr. Rhuna Shen of Morris Heart Associates and Atlantic Healthcare. Dr. Shen insisted I be relocated to St Clare’s in Denville where she could better look after me. Two surgical procedures and three stents later I’m alive and doing well. I have Dr. Shen to thank for every bit of my current health, vitality and the very life I have today, not to be overly dramatic. The care I received from all involved was nothing less than kind, professional, highly instructional and sympathetic. (Thank you to all even if your name was not mentioned here)

If you are at risk for heart issues (Google it) don’t do as I did in waiting to get a cardiologist ‘someday’. Call today. You and your family will be glad you did. When such great care is available, what would be your reason to NOT call?

Dr Lowell saved my life. I was having many issues and he asked me to meet him and after the hospital staff had performed many tests, they discovered I needed a new aortic heart valve. If it wasn’t for doctor Lowell I wouldn’t be writing this review. Yes it does take time for an appointment, but when your in high demand as Dr Lowell , the time spent may save your life. Plus he’s truly gifted in what he does.

This is the best cardiology practice!!!! Dr. Shen is my cardiologist. She explains everything in terms I can understand and puts my mind at ease. If you have an emergency question and call the answering service, the dr on call calls you back within minutes. Thank goodness I found this group. I will recommend this group to everyone. They are the best!!!!

I'm giving two stars because of how wonderful Dr. Singh is and how good my sister is recovering with him; but his staff is the most unhelpful, rude, and arrogant. They all answer the phone with the biggest attitude, I've never ever called this place and got somebody who can actually help me or my sister.

Love Dr. Ziolo but their after hours and covering doctors are TERRIBLE. After two scares regarding my blood pressure, the on call was supposed to contact me within 15 minutes. I didn’t speak with the on call for over an hour. Another time I contacted the office during office hours only to never get a return call back. Great doctors but TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Didn’t inform me about the device cost and it’s cost me $400 , then the follow up appointment was another hassle , doctor cancel it last minute because of emergency but office lady didn’t inform me in timely , waste of time. Not pleasant experience over all.

If I could give a half star, I’d do that. Where to begin...I went to Morristown Hospital for a cardiac CT on November 25th. A week later I was told all was good with my heart but I had a spot on each of my lungs and I should “probably just follow up in a few months”. I was given a call back by the doctor after requesting one two times.

I have the blessing of having a family member in Indiana who is a radiologist and routinely send him all my scans for his review. My family member called me saying he agreed to follow the two spots mentioned but said they completely missed a suspicious one on the back of my right lung. He called my doctor as well as Morristown Radiology to have the report re-written to include this new suspicious spot. He said he spoke to my cardiologist and said I should go for a complete lung CT. My Cardiologist’s office called me to set up an appointment with the doctor. I explained the situation and I was asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. They completely missed the need for me to be scheduled for a lung CT BEFORE I saw my doctor. I asked for the doctor to call me. I phone twice to ask the doctor to call me and never received a call.

When I got to the office for my appointment I asked to use the rest room and was told they’re NOT available to patients i was told to go down the hall to the public one, what doctor’s office doesn’t have a bathroom for their patients? I was also told when I got to the parking lot to call and they would tell me when a room was available. I was called back and told to come up and I was brought into a room after having my temp checked. I waited in the room 45 MINUTES until someone came in to take my blood pressure. I finally was asked if I wanted to speak to the office manager. He came to the door and said”what can I do for you”. I responded “you can start by actually coming into the room rather than speaking to me from the hall”. I explained the entire situation and he said that with covid they don’t let patients use the restroom because “they often make a mess and we don’t have anyone to clean it”. I said that should be part of the cost of doing business. Finally the doctor came in and satisfaction regarding my health was pretty much the same as I had received from his staff. I finally called my family member who spoke to the doctor who, at that point, had to admit that he couldn’t see anything properly on his computer. What had he been looking at while he was talking to me???

I don’t usually write reviews, I just don’t go back but since this involves the heart, I thought I’d try to help someone who is considering using this practice.

Awful staff - more concerned about their schedules, arrogant as well and act as if they are the doctors. Will easily wait over an hour past your appointment time. Moved to this office b/c it was closer - regret it. Several other patients grumbling as well so I decided to post this.

DO NOT repeat DO NOT waste your time seeing Dr. Lowell! It will take you 2 months to get an appointment and you will wait in his waiting room for HOURS, no BS!
The SAD part is he is a great Doctor!
