Fist time visiting site was a 5 star experience with DPM Jaqueline Nisivoccia attending to my Plantars Wart, giving me 5 star attention. Knowledgable, great listener, intelligent and caring.

Dr. Bear had taken great care of my son. I haven’t seen the other doctors in this practice. Dr. Bear is always on time, answers all of our questions and makes my son feel comfortable. I highly recommend him after we had terrible experiences with Dr. David Mueller in Cedar Knolls/sparta.

I love Dr. Alan J. Greenberg, he is a great doctor with compassion and the ability to help me with out pain. He did everything he could for me to treat my Peripheral Neuropathy and finally recommended a wonderful neurologist who was able to help me. I still use Dr. Greenberg to trim my nails properly and any other foot car my family requires.

The doctor was good and has always been good to the clients.

I was advised that my continued foot problems required surgery. That’s when the “manager” got involved to handle the pre-auth and hospital needs. She was hostile to me AND my insurance provider AND my PCP who asked for the pre-admission tests. In fact, my insurance provider advised me to file a grievance. When I called to talk with the doctor to advise of all the problems with her staff, she did not call me back. I’m left shocked, disappointed and looking for another doctor.

I had a problem that required surgery, and after a lengthy consultation that required PT for a torn tendon (?), I was told surgery was the only option. But instead of repairing the tendon, I was told that It could not be repaired. This left me with a nasty scar and pain in my ankle. But when I questioned the bill, I was told that I would have to pay the full amount regardless of the fact that the surgery was an epic fail.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or your money going to this place , the doctors spend 5 minutes with you and you will be charge for a full appointment, and when you call to the billing department or the office they answered me rudely and you can’t not even talk,I won’t never comeback to this place and neither my family or people who’s close to me .

Problem at this office is front desk very unprofessional service that’s the reason you got bad reviews most of the time I’m not going there ever again… really really really will miss Dr. Greenberg this won’t be happening if he was there..😡😡
