FIRE Roasted Chicken & Grill

Ordered online and picked up in-store. Fast and friendly service. The food tasted so fresh and filling. My girlfriend ordered 1/2 dark meat chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli and I ordered white meat with a side of mashed potatoes and string beans (gravy & sauce came on the side which was much appreciated.)

We also ordered a Ceasar salad (dressing on the side) and popcorn chicken. We were so full over our meal that we saved our side orders. Overall, everything was made fresh, and we would definitely try it again.

I was not sure about this takeout joint, similar to a food truck with no tables or a restroom, but it exceeded my expectations. The prices are normal for the area. I had the quarter white meat roasted chicken, which was fall off the bone good. The mashed potatoes are homemade and whipped to perfection with no lumps. The steamed broccoli was tender and in small pieces that still had some crisp but not rubbery or soggy. I probably could have had a million of the corn bread muffins. They are sweet and tasty. I was not aware of the order ahead on the app and would certainly recommend that for quicker service, but not that ours was slow. I definitely recom.end going here. The wings were also delicious, as was the macaroni and cheese. I was impressed with the quick service, fresh food and polite staff.The cookies are amazing!

Anytime I have ordered from here, the food has been great! Everyone is also very friendly. I love the homemade mashed potatoes and their grilled chicken wrap is really good. Definitely recommend.

Ok ya’ll this is it ! The best place for fresh homemade food. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy and fresh. The rice was amazing ! The wings were excellent. They also do their own deliveries so you don’t have to go through Door dash. It’s a win !

I can’t express how much I love the flavors of the foods here! Not to mention, they offer a wide variety of home style sides. Everything just bursts with flavor. Garlic potatoes are amazing.

I saw that Chicken was in the name and so I ordered a few types to give it a shot.

I was incredibly surprised by how good all of them were. The popcorn chicken was flavorful and fun. The chicken nuggets had this amazing breading and were fried to perfection.

Finally the most surprising to me was the Chicken Caesar wrap. Typically in your regular diner wrap, the chicken is basic and the rest of the wrap defines the flavor. Instead, the chicken was so well seasoned that it was a brilliant shining star in the wrap, accompanied by the delicious Caesar dressing and romaine.

Additionally, the corn bread was delicious and moist, and the coleslaw is a 10/10. Their coleslaw reminds me of my fathers recipe, a favorite of mine.

Will absolutely make many returns here.

Quarter roasted chicken was so good for lunch, that I had to return and pick up a whole chicken for dinner. The roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes were good. The green homemade hot sauce was amazing!😋 Highly recommend 👌

Delish! Wish they gave more of the green sauce for the roast chicken. Yum!!! Staff was very friendly.

Ordered the fried chicken and waffle fries for pick up. The order was ready quick. The fried chicken was perfect! It was super juicy on the inside, the skin was crispy and well spiced. It need no sauce, or anything at all.

I could describe to you how good it smelled, but I think I can just tell you how crazy our cat become to try and steal a bit and he’s usually a turkey and fish man. We had to lock him in another room as he kept jumping up and lunging at our plates. He’s never done that before and honestly that’s how good that chicken smelled and tasted.

We will definitely be returning.

Dank! You ever think about those old McDonalds Snack Wraps? Well lemme tell you something, I got the Chipotle Wrap from here and it knocked my socks off. I mean just phenomenal. It's like I went back to my childhood, got a snack wrap, but it was blessed by the pope, these guys have a special touch when it comes to making food. My GAWD.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Food was soooo good! Ordered for the 1st time today and couldn't believe how flavorful the food was. We ordered the #7 on their menu (whole chicken and half rack of ribs) with Mac & Cheese & roasted potatoes. I also ordered a small side of stuffing and a small side of broccoli & garlic. Everything was on point. Dishes were packed nicely and staff was nice. I do not live close by but I most definitely will be back! Thanks again for the great dinner tonight!

Today was my second time ordering from Fire Roasted Chichen & Grill and so far both experiences have been great! The food is wonderful despite them having such a huge menu, which causes issues for some places. I called to have sauces added to my order and the gentleman that I spoke with was very kind and accommodating. Lastly the delivery came in half of the time that I was told when I ordered. Keep up the great work guys!!

My coworkers turned me onto this place and I have loved it ever since. I will say the amount of food doesn't always seem to be a lot, but it is certainly filling. I absolutely love their potato salad and cucumber salad side dishes and order them every time. The fact that this is a local shop and not a chain comes through in the service and the food!

Been here a couple times already and absolutely love it! The food is made to order and always fresh! For someone like me who is not a huge fan of corn muffins...theirs are to die for! Mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, waffle fries, to name just a few of their many sides, are all delicious! This is delivery or take out only which makes it nice to take it home and have sit-down family meals!

FIRE absolutely lives up to the name. Simple chicken, masterfully executed. Great crew at the cedar knolls location. Tore through a half chicken, rice and beans, on the hood of my car. GAS. Very happy I went here. Will be back, make sure you get the fire sauce, green hot sauce made with love.
