Rick Farfan was our salesman who helped us with two leases- at the same time! We got an all electric i4 AND a gas powered X3. Showroom to Driveway!!!! Visited NJ Halloween weekend and stopped by Open Road because of an M4 they had priced competitively in comparison to others I have searched. I first spoke with Omar S., Mgr, and asked how hard the process would be if I decided to purchase the vehicle because I lived in Texas, he guaranteed me that it would be a smooth transition and would over see the process once I decided.... I took the plunge and he set me up with Marc B. And since that moment it was as smooth as it could be.. They were able to guide me to a vehicle transport company they use and made sure to give me updates on the whole process while I was back in texas waiting on the vehicle.. All in All it was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle out of state not once did I have to call up to get info or updates on the vehicle if it wasn’t a text message it was an email from Omar and his staff letting me know where the car was and when it would be delivered... thx to Open Road I was able to get my dream car with no worries to add to it.....
