Just returned from an amazing trip to Jordan and Egypt. A truly once in a life time bucket list trip. Even though I was a bit nervous going, everything ran smoothly. From being met at the airport to seeing all the sites you grew up reading about. Thank you Paradise Cruise Planners!

A vacation of a lifetime! Alaska is a must see! Paradise Travel made this trip so easy-everything arranged ahead of time so all we had to do was get on the plane! Dalilah made sure we were well-taken care of with all the little extras! Let her plan your next vacation-she is fantastic!

Great golf trip to Orlando. Hernan and Dalilah at Paradise Travel Planners far exceeded the expectations of the group. They took care of organizing the whole trip and everything went according to plan. Accommodations and the 3 different courses that we played were outstanding (Waldorf Astoria, Southern Dunes and ChampionsGate). Definitely will continue to use Hernan and team for all upcoming family and golf trips! Highly recommended!

Thanks to Dalilah I spent 4 wonderful days in Naples Florida. I needed a quick getaway trip and she made it happen within a couple days. My flight and hotel will all arrange through Dalilah. She was able to find quality accommodations to fit my budget and my time period. I took this trip by myself and felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

We had never done an all-inclusive resort vacation before, and didn’t know exactly what to expect. Suzanne is part of Dalilah’s Zumba class at the local athletic club. Dalilah planned a Zumba group trip to El Dorado Royale on the Mexican Mayan Riviera for a 7-day all-inclusive Getaway. The fact that El Dorado Royale is food-centric was a definite plus, as Larry loves food and food preparation. They have a Tex-Mex restaurant, an island-themed restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a cooking demonstration restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, plus several more. So, 25 of us flew together to Cancun, and then took a tour bus to El Dorado Royale. For the next 7 days it was food, Zumba in the mornings, touring the Maya ruins at Tulum, more food, drinks at the pool bar, live entertainment in the evenings, followed by dancing, more food… We all had T-shirts with “Pachanga!” printed on them. The staff quickly identified us, “Oh! You're part of the Zumba group.” The El Dorado staff were attentive and friendly. Doing this as a group was really fun! We definitely look forward to what Dalilah and Hernan arrange for future trips.

Dalilah and Hernan did such a wonderful job planning and preparing us for this awesome trip. The El Dorado Royale had beautiful rooms, incredible scenery and a top notch staff. We couldn't have enjoyed it more!! Paradise Cruise Planners won't disappoint if you use them for your next cruise...

We went to Maui, and Honolulu for our honeymoon. Our travel agent Dalilah was very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She made sure we received the best experience, and continued to check in with us even after we had arrived at our destination. We were very pleased with our experience with Paradise Cruise Planners, and would love to book another trip in the foreseeable future.

This is my second review for Paradise Cruise Planners: In July 2019 my husband and I took a wonderful cruise to Alaska and saw some exquisite scenery. Paradise Cruise Planners arranged all the details from booking the fabulous NCL Bliss, one night at the hotel the day before in Seattle where the cruise began and the flights; in addition to excursions for the 3 ports we visited. The attention to detail continues to be the best as this was the fifth trip taken and planned by Dalilah from Paradise Cruise Planners. Dalilah paid close attention to all the particulars such as making sure we took advantage of the freebies the ship offered upon booking the trip, giving us the information on how NCL would get our luggage to the airport so we did not have to haul it around Seattle prior to our flight; and also giving us the great news that we received an upgrade to our room accommodations aboard the ship. She was also very diligent in checking on everyone as there were about 19 individuals in our group all traveling to Seattle on different days and from different cities and doing different excursions. This was a vacation that I would definitely do again!!
This same level of information was exhibited when we went to Jamaica in January 2019 with Paradise Cruise Planners and stayed at a Sandals Adult All Inclusive Resort. This vacation was labeled as a Zumba vacation. Dalilah arranged to have Zumba classes every day (both land and aqua) for anyone who wished to work out and we met some really nice individuals staying at the resort that joined us for class. We once again traveled with a group of about 20 individuals and as always had so much fun and made some truly great memories both with the group and by ourselves. This was another trip that I would definitely recommend and do again.
It is obvious that Dalilah loves to help plan the perfect vacation for her clients. Both Dalilah and Hernan work very hard to make sure all the little details are covered leaving nothing to chance so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. Each trip that I have taken with Paradise Cruise Planners has been so unique with culture both in the food and entertainment due to the fact that they actually visit different resorts in advance so that they are knowledgeable on giving you the best vacation. After each vacation we always look forward to the next great trip!

I had the pleasure of going on two different trips booked through Paradise Cruise Planners. In 2016 I went on a Caribbean Cruise with 20 friends on Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas cruise ship and in 2017 I went with 26 other friends to El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya.
Each trip was fantastic due to the diligence and research of Paradise Cruise Planners. Dalilah spent many hours looking into various trips to get us the best deal and most fun for our money. Since both of these trips were my first experiences out of the country, I had many questions and she got the answers to them all. She took care of everything from booking the flights and reservations on the cruise ship or resort, making sure we had transfers any place we had to go and gave us advice on the best places to eat once we got there. She also thoroughly researched all our excursions for each trip so that our itineraries were set prior to our trips.
Both trips were absolutely fabulous and many memories were made. Paradise Cruise Planners took care of all the details which meant we just had to relax and have fun, and boy did we! Both Dalilah and Hernan treat us like family and we love traveling with them. I would never book a trip through anyone else. Can’t wait to see where we go in 2018 for our third annual group Zumba trip!

Thanks to Dalilah my family and I spent 7 wonderful days in Turks and Caicos. It was such an experience of a lifetime! I appreciated the comfort of sitting back as she took care of every single bit of detail, making sure we were all set at all times.She was very patient with me throughout the entire process and always had my best interest at heart.

Destination wedding in Negril Jamaica in September 2019. Dalilah and Hernan managed a group contract for me and my 40 guests at the Azul Beach Resort in seven mile beach. They helped me choose the perfect venue for my needs, facilitated wedding planning activities with the hotel, resolved any issues or concerns leading up to and during my stay in a timely manner, and helped book and manage my excursions and transfers before my trip. Their responsiveness and desire to make every detail a success for me And my guests made me feel valued as a customer. I have already referred friends and family to Paradise Cruise Planners for upcoming travel plans and will continue to work with them in the future for my families annual travel planning.

The overall service, personal attention, and professionalism that was provided by Dalilah, made our Viking River Cruise the best vacation of my life! We had a group of 6 people (3 couples) that thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip, and was entirely "set up" by Dalilah. All we had to do was pay the bill and enjoy our vacation; Dalilah took care of the rest, every detail! Saving my pennies so I can do it again, and let Cruise Planners take care of the details!

This was our 3rd Zumba trip with Dalilah and Hernan. As with our past trips, every detail was attended to by them before, during, and after our trips. We never have to worry about anything. They are more to our group than just our Zumba instructor and travel agents. They are family-as we lovingly like to refer to them as “Mom & Dad” on our trips! We just got back from our 2nd trip with them to Eldorado Royale in Playa del Carmen and had an equally wonderful time! Can’t wait for them to plan our next adventure!!

Dalilah and Hernan were amazing at booking our vacation. They were very detail oriented and their communication style on Facebook and email was very prompt, clear and concise. They kept us updated on available excursions, and other details about the El Dorado Royale Resort. The resort exceeded our expectations! I would definitely go back and I looking forward to many more group vacations with Dalilah and Hernan:-)

Dalilah and Paradise Cruise Planners did such a great job in setting up our group Zumba trip to El Dorado Royale, Riviera Maya. She hooked us up with a great rate at the resort, the best flight option, and even got a few nice ammenities added such as a romantic dinner on the beach. We will be using them again! We booked a Caribbean Holiday Cruise for 8 families, about 40 people. Hernan and Dalila made this a smooth and unforgettable experience.

I have had Cruise Planners (Dalilah Soto) plan 3 trips for me . I was in Mexico twice and in October 2018 went on a Mediterranean cruise for11 days. Everything was planned perfectly down to every last detail!
