George was our waiter Douglas was incredible. Not somewhere to go if you don’t want to spend $$$ but worth it for sure. Best steakhouse around

Visited Roots with some work colleagues during June 2023, and the experience was amazing. The waiter was VERY friendly describing all the dishes and recommended the best ones. We had some raviolis as appetizer and then we enjoyed different cuts of the most tender and juicy meet in the neighborhood. Highly recommend grabbing a good piece of this amazing product.

Our first time here and it was a great experience. Elegant dining area with great seating no matter where you sit. The service was spot on, very friendly staff. Great drinks and the steaks were cooked to perfection.

Went in for an amazing lunch. Our waiter Chris took excellent care of us, his service was amazing. Chris was extremely kind and professional, and made some lovely recommendations from the menu. Our service was smooth and everything came out perfectly. The food was extremely tasty with generous portions--definitely worth the price.

This is our go to place for celebrations or a fancy meal. The oysters are a must have along with the porterhouse. The cocktail menu is well crafted and the desserts are big enough to share.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service never disappoints. Recently, my husband and I decided to stop in for a late lunch. Not only did our waiter, Jake, take excellent care of us, he made sure we left with smiles on our faces. His attentiveness and kindness was so appreciated. Thank you Jake and Jerry for yet another wonderful afternoon.

The service here is wonderful and the food is great! First of all, the popovers are phenomenal, the best ever I’ve ever had! The salads and sides are delicious, fresh and generously sized. We were a little disappointed that by 7 the brûlée corn casserole and creamed spinach were already gone for the evening, but we’ll be back to try them. The steaks were great and cooked perfectly as ordered. I don’t recommend the halibut, however my disappointment was handled impressively, like a page out of “Unreasonable Hospitality”. Our waiter Jake was so helpful in our ordering and so attentive! The management and staff are all focused on making the diner’s experience perfect! Cannot wait to return!

I am a professional chef. We tried food at this restaurant with my girlfriend for the first time. I wanted pasta even though it wasn't on the menu. Chicken with porcini mushrooms and broccoli. The pasta that came was very delicious. The service was very good. We were very pleased. Thank you so much for everything.

The food was phenomenal, and there were great recommendations from my server, Eric. Very satisfied with the experience, and I definitely plan to return.

Overall is my second visit in a month- being this location - one I feel more satisfied. People kept it simple and seemless - to blame my date that kept me entertained. Last time I was put in a dark spot while the restaurant was mostly empty - too low light is not good. I’ll be coming back.

French onion soup was a little salty, but still tasted good. Petite steak was cooked perfectly (medium). I added the "blue cheese hat" which I highly recommend. Butter cake was amazing. Service was ok; server spilled red wine which splashed on my husband. Overall delicious meal.

Use the Parking Garage upon arrival, much easier than fighting for a spot on the green. Start to Finish this was a great experience..appetizers were excellent..entrees were on point and the desserts put you over the top. The effort was there under such tough circumstances. Applaud their efforts. Great job. So full. Cannot eat another bite.

Love this place. Came here tonight for an after dinner cocktail. Bartender on this evening was courteous and attentive, super experienced with his craft. Made me Sidecar that I will dream about. Will be back soon!

Everything is on point here as you'd expect at a steak house of this level. Prices are perhaps a little steep but not entirely out of line with neighboring comparables. The popovers are great and plentiful. Take your server's advice and get the butter cake for desert; it's insane.

My friends took me here to celebrate job promotion! It was exciting! Service is great, food is delicious. We had a great time. They even had rose petals awww
