The kind young man working there recommended the steak and fries and boy was it good. I’ve been here a few times and every time I try something new. Their food is absolutely incredible and tastes super fresh. Their homemade garlic sauce is a must try too! 10/10. Definitely recommend coming here, you won’t regret it!

First time here and the Cheesesteak was fantastic! I had the beef and wife had the chicken. Bread had a good crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Helped absorb the oils and the sandwich stayed together which is what you want in a good cheesesteak. Came with grilled onions and green peppers which were a good compliment. Only suggestion to give it a tad "zing" would be some banana peppers. Fries and the garlic sauce were awesome. Add some of the sauce to your sandwich too!

PS- New truck is black, not red. And they take call ahead orders for quick pick-up and go!

I ordered the burger and fries customized to my liking. The garlic and cilantro sauce is amazing. The burger had a good char, bun was fresh and, the toppings were plentiful. The gentlemen who served me was really nice as well.

I’m not sure what was better, the burger or the customer service but they were both phenomenal. The meat was very well seasoned and everything was served with a smile and friendly conversation. This absolutely lives up to its reputation as “THE BEST BURGER IN NEW JERSEY!” This is worth the trip from pretty much anywhere. If you’re in the area, this is a MUST try. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back again!

I did not come here just for the fries, the plantain burger was so good I didn't want to put it to take a pic!

Plantain Burger: The meat in the burger was cooked perfectly, juicy not dry and not bloody. The bacon was delicious, crunchy but not to the point where you can't even taste them. That homemade pineapple sauce was the cherry on top!

Fries: Just get one with Will's magic sauce, you will be hooked!

The special garlic sauce is insane. Great food for great prices. This place is a must try in Morristown, it beats out most of the restaurants in the area.

Tried the cheesesteak and can honestly say it’s the best way in the area and surrounding towns! You have to give it a try!

If you love burgers, this is a burger to try the PATACÓN BURGER. Better to eat it at the moment when it’s hot and fresh then when you get home.

my boy will is the best chef in all of morristown. the burger is one of the best i’ve had, definitely the best in town. the cheese steak is phenomenal and the fries+ garlic sauce will blow your mind. definitely check them out, right on the green.

The owner is over the top friendly and engages in conversation with you while whipping you up a hand made burger that melts in your mouth with each bite.

The colonial Burger and fries were so delicious!! The owner was super friendly and nice, he gave us fresh hot fries while we waited, as it was a chilly day. We will definitely a return. This is not your average food truck. The special sauce was worth the trip!!

Genuinely have never had an experience as amazing as I did here. The owner is amazing and the food lives up to the glowing reviews. Also - prices are great for the food - this will be my new go-to spot!

Burger was fantastic, had that five guys style but WAY less greasy. Empanadas were really solid too. Not my favorite style of fries but everyone has there preference. Btw hes at a community pool now during the day.

What a joy! The cheese steak sandwich was far better than any I had in Philadelphia. Huge portions with delicious fries! I really loved the amazing homemade sauce. The prices are very reasonable and the owner is super generous and friendly. They also have burgers, sausages, gyros, sodas and even smoothies. I highly recommend this food truck.
