Five Star Movers

The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. I can’t say enough good things about Five Star Moving. First, they are extremely responsive and answer their phone and email every single time I had questions leading up to the move. Next, they called the day before to confirm and then were timely when they arrived on the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better two movers. Don and Al, were the most polite, kind, respectful, hard working people to help in my move. They didn’t hesitate to move heavy items, tackle stairs, help me store things in a way that took up less space. They did it all. I will be using them again and recommending to all.

I’ve had multiple moves with 5 Star movers and they are incredible. Excellent customer service willing to go above and beyond and they are always very positive. Al and Robert worked incredibly hard to make sure our move went smoothly as possible. If you need a local move in Wisconsin they should be your first call.

Hired five star movers for a last minute move from Brookfield to Milwaukee today. Al and Robert are fantastic!! Professional, respectful, organized, kind, and they are a great team! Isac was also prompt and professional with arranging the move. I would recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely FIVE STAR MOVERS!! :)

I learned of Five Star Movers from a family friend who used them for a cross-country move. Isac (the owner) and the team at Five Star Movers took care of our move from Wisconsin to Orange County, California. It was a great moving experience! They did a fantastic job. Isac came to our home and gave us an estimate of the move. The final price was very close to the estimate and the price was lower than other competitors' estimates. Working with Five Star Movers also allowed us to have our things moved in a moving truck (rather than consolidated with other people's items in a semi-trailer). This meant that our items arrived in California much quicker than what other moving companies were offering. Indeed, our items arrived a day early, which meant we could cut our hotel stay short and move into our home more quickly. The movers also took great care in loading and unloading our items. With the exception of one item, nothing was damaged, and Isac offered to replace the one broken item. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I needed to store my formal dining room set. Five Star Movers was the only company that said they would wrap and move my furniture to my own basement. And they could do it within the week. Today Tony and Jorge came, dismantled and wrapped my dining room table and 8 chairs neatly and securely, and then moved them to my basement just the way I wanted. They were friendly and really helpful. Although I didn't need a move today, when it's time to move I will certainly call this company. Isaac in the office was really helpful. These are nice folks.

Asked for a quote thru Yelp on a Sun and didn't expect to hear anything until Monday but within about 30 min I had a quote from Isaac! Isaac likes everything to be emailed - number of rooms, anything to assemble, how many boxes, the address, etc. Got a call the day before (Memorial Day) confirming my appt the next day for 9:30-10 a.m. 6/1. I was extremely pleased that the guys (Alex and Robert) showed up at 9:10 a.m. These guys are super awesome to work with - professional, quick, very friendly, and seemed happy to be doing a job I would absolutely loathe (that's why I always hire movers!). I usually expect some scuffs on furniture during a move - not one! I have a couch that has a great deal of sentimental value to me and I told Robert and Alex that was the only thing I cared about not scuffing - they understood and handled it with kid gloves! I've had movers that I've had to tell to stay off their cell phones and let's get moving - not these guys! If they did check their phones I never noticed - they were constantly moving. Totally worth the money and will use them again!

We booked with Five Star Movers about 2 weeks before our move and they were able to get us in. We had a slight hickup with timing but it was made up for with an extra hand and the absolute efficiency these guys move with.

We had a 3 br 2 bath that was moved in 3.5 hours. Robert, Al, and Don were great.

Isac worked with me on short notice to arrange a move. He was terrific. His movers, Al and Rob were friendly, polite, on time, worked very hard without any break. Kudos for a job well done. Would absolutely hire them again!!

Have used multiple movers and this was the best. Ralph and George were really nice, professional, and handled our furniture with care. They also were very fast and able to handle large furniture up/down the stairs. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. We did a move from Oak Creek to Brookfield.

Robert and Al moved a piano for me from an estate sale to my house. They were kind, professional, energetic—all while doing the strenuous work of moving! Incredible experience. Needed movers on short notice and on a Saturday to get a recently purchased chandelier from a consignment store to my house and they answered the call and more. It was a delicate antique and they handled the job professionally and got it to my house in one piece with care. Couldn't be happier and more impressed!
