Rush Truck Centers – Farr West

Took truck in on monday morning. Told me it would take one day to fix my truck. I had to rent motel for 6 days now. Its Saturday so now have to wait till monday hopefully they can have it fixed by then. I've received new info regarding my truck. Turns out my transmission had to be replaced and did not know until today. Apparently they have it repaired and should be good to go by tomarrow. I do appreciate the mechanics who worked on it. Thank you. I apologize for any misunderstandings . I was told one thing then another by front desk. But over all I agree that this shop is worth it over all.

I was on a tight schedule and needed to change out my fuel filter and sensors... I pulled in late that morning and they had me out of there before noon hit... much appreciated and very professional... they are definitely on my top list of truck repair shops when I'm in that area. We were told by Tiffin Motorhomes to take our 2019 Phaeton 40-IH. The fault code said defective DEF sensor. All RVers hate to see that. Well we had our coach there bright and early. After two hours the technician came out and it was only a bad relay. Since they did the repair ‘no more def sensor fault codes. If I’m ever in the area I’ll go to Rush truck center
